I have used a digital image that I thought was Pink Gem designs but can't find it so apologies for not being able to give you more details, I have coloured the image with a mix of markers both Spectrum Noir and Graphic I used a stamp for the sentiment

That image is just adorable and I love how you colored it and framed it for this fun card. I guess it could be a wedding or anniversary card and would fit either occasion.
This is so cute and pretty colors! I recognize the digi but I'm affraid I too am not sure of the make. Maybe it's retired and the reason why you can't find the exact source. So cute though!!
