SERENITY

I chose the title for my post because I felt quite peaceful while colouring this beautiful image and actually making the card up hence the title 'Serenity'.  

My card features one of the newer images from Sheri Baldy called 'Garden Nellie Lil Dollies', I just love her hat I would love to have one like that.

I have coloured her with Graph It Markers and tried to go for a soft look, the gingham card stock is from Anne Marie Designs, the papers are from my stash, I have added lace, ric rac brown ribbon, flowers, pearls and sentiment.  I think the card looks so much better in real life, I have 3 photos of her to show her off in all her glory.

TOBY TUMBLE

Today I have a card to share with you and to enter into a few challenges.  I have used a digi image that I have had for a very, very long time, I got him from Cuddly Buddly he is from the Pachela range of digi images and is called Toby Tumbler, Walking in Clover.

I have coloured the image with Graph It Markers then mounted him onto gold pearl card and black card, I used my X Cut punch to round the edges, I use my EK Success circle cutter for the central circles, the paper is from Bearly Mine, I then used my SU punches for the sentiment.  The sentiment and flower corners are from Crafter's Companion Vintage Clear Stamp collection I used Momento Black Tuxedo ink, I added some Cosmic Shimmer Pink Pearl PVA glue for the pearls.

TWO CARDS TODAY

Today I have 2 cards to share with you and to enter into some challenges.

My first card features a new digi image from THE STAMPING CHEF called  Fairy Alyce , I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the papers are from SU and are scraps left over from making previous cards.  I have used 2 die cuts the flower and  ivy corners I have also added some flower gems, printed button, wide frilled edge white Organza ribbon topped with teal American seam binding ribbon.

My second card features a Kenny K image that I have had for a long time. I was asked this afternoon to make a Fathers Day card for my son's girlfriend and this is what I came up with.  I coloured the image with Graph It Markers, the papers are Curiosity Corner and SU, I used my star dies and EK Success circle cutter
