A MITURE

 Today I have two cards to share the first one features an image from Tiddly Inks coloured with Spectrum Noir and Copics, I used my die for the base stepper card and cut it out with grey card I also used the deckle dies in the stepper set to cut out the pink paper I then used my large Tonic Dies for the central image I added some AB Gems I stamped a sentiment and punched two hearts in both pink and grey then added some more AB gems

COLOURS OF AUTUMN

 

Hi my card today features a Tiddly Inks digi image that I have coloured with both Spectrum Noir Illustrators and Copics the papers are from my stash I added a gingham double bow die cut leaves and die cut Mulberry Paper flowers I finished with a sentiment.

WRYN WITH POTS OF LOVE

Hi all, what a day it has been so far, I was doing some die cutting/embossing on my Grand Calibur and guess what happened.........it broke, good job I have the X Cut die cutter that I bought many months ago when it was launched, I only used it once but now it will be my main machine, the only machine I have.  My back is still hurting but better, thank you for your well wishes.  I am also getting a lot of 'mail delivery failures' I leave comments but later I get this notification, I am really at the end of my tether with Google and Blogger I am seriously thinking of either opening a new blog or finishing the set up of my Word Press blog.  I am so sorry to be moaning please forgive me, I think I am a little tired, instead I will tell you about my card.

I have used, I believe,  one of the most popular Tiddly Inks image of Wryn 'Grow a Pot Of Love'.

I coloured her with Graph it Markers then cut her out using my new Tattered Lace rectangle die, I then laced some pale lilac ribbon through the holes and added a bow, the base card I embossed with my new Hessian Embossing Folder then sanded it down to show a distressed look.  The papers are LOTV the image and papers have all been mounted onto pink card stock.

I used my new quilling flower die to create the flowers, I used yellow for the middle then pink.  I stamped a sentiment then added lace and some resin roses and heart pearls.

WRAP UP WARM

Morning all, gosh it is a real cold one, we had a very heavy frost last night, if I didn't know better I would have thought that we had had a fine layer of snow that is how bad the frost is, I put nearly a whole bag of suet pellets out in different places for the birds and they came from everywhere, bless em.

I think Wryn has got the right idea in this image she is wrapped up all nice and warm to fend off the cold weather. (Wryn in the Fall)

I coloured her with Graph It Markers and mounted her onto black cardstock, the papers are a bit of a mix of LOTV and Papermania, I used my SU corner punch for the black corners, added a couple of punched butterflies, some buttons, double bow and flowers, the circle I cut with my EK Success cutter, 

One of the challenges that I am entering is add as many 'B's' to your project I have used, blue, brown, black, buttons, bow and butterflies.

A POT OF LOVE

Today I have a card to share with you using an image that I just purchased from Tiddly Inks, this little lady is called Wryn - Grow a Little Love.

I am in love with these little beauties and just put an order in for some more of them but in clear stamp form, this one is a digi.

I coloured the image with Graph It Markers rounded the edges with my punch then mounted onto some textured card, I found some papers in my bit box and the first one I came to was the base paper with the hearts on which was perfect, haven't got a clue of the name, I added some pink organza ribbon and double bow.  One of my New Year's resolutions was not to buy anymore craft stuff........I broke it the first day by ordering some craft goodies from Wild Orchid they came yesterday and I have used some of the flowers with gem centre on this card.

I have been playing with my new camera and took pictures of the card both lying down and standing, the above is standing the one below is lying down.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL

Hi all, I am so thrilled to have found that I won a challenge and was also chosen as top 3 in another, the badges are at the top of my sidebar, I would like to thank both The Sister Act Card Challenge and Crafty Catz for honouring me with these wins.

I would also like to thank everyone for their congratulations and for the awesome comments that I have received on my previous posts, I am very grateful.

I am hoping to decorate one of my 4 Christmas cakes today, I am toying with the idea of making another one.......just in case, lol.

My son and his girlfriend have gone to London for the day, they are going ice skating and a few other trips, my mum will be staying over the weekend so Jess will have some company while I do my cake.

Anyway onto my card for today which features one of the lovely images from TIDDLY INKS, I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, I cut the image and blue circle out with my EK Success circle cutter, the papers are a mixture of Bearly Mine Designs and LOTV, all have been mounted onto black cardstock.

I also added some punched snowflakes, lace, stamped sentiment and Viva Decor Creme Pearl Liquid.

AUTUMN TIDDLY INKS

Hi all, it's been a good day so far, the sun is shining, it's Jess' 2nd birthday and James' 24th, I also won the challenges at Come and Get it Challenge and Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge, and we are having roast chicken and veggies with stuffing for dinner.

I finished this card off this morning, I have seen these images around in blogland for awhile now but after seeing Aussie Annie's blog and the loveliness that she had created using some of these image I finally went and treated my self to one or two maybe it was 3, lol.

I really enjoyed colouring her with Graph It Markers and Copics for the face, I mounted her onto black card, I found some lovely orange linen effect card and used that to mount the papers onto, the papers are a mix, have no clue whose they are, had them for quite awhile now, I then punched out a couple of butterflies added some burlap and gingham ribbon and a bow.  Finally I added 3 flowers
