SECRET SANTA/TILDA

 Hi all, today I have a Pink Christmas card to share

I have used one of my Tilda stamps, she has a secret present to give someone for Christmas, I wonder who it is??

I have coloured her with Nuvo and Copic markers the papers are from

I have used gold mirror card to mount both papers and image I also used it for the snowflakes I added a sentiment.

Here is my DT card and I have gone for a Pink and Black colour combo, I have used one of my Tilda stamps coloured with Copics I added a double pink bow, die cut snow flakes pearls and glitter, the circles I cut out with my circle cutter and used them as baubles, the papers are from the Bearly Mine collections unfortunately no longer available but as I have them on CD's I am always printing them out, the sentiment is a freebie from a craft magazine.

Hi all, I am so very late posting my DT cards for both

my card features one of my newest Magnolia stamps called Tilda with Roses, I have gone for blue colour theme, I have used my Sweet Dixie Die for the large blue circle frame and the two stitched dies are from......I can't remember but I have used them quite alot lately, the papers are Bearly Mine, I have added a row of pearl flowers, gems, satin bow, lace, flowers and stamped sentiment.

My card follows the 'Fall' theme with all the lovely Autumnal colours, I have used quite a few layers and my Kaiser Kraft Doily Die, the papers are a mix, I have added a bow, flowers and stamped sentiment.

I also created a hanger for Halloween using my 'Devil' Tilda, I love to see everyone's Halloween projects but I am not a lover of this particular theme, I love anything Paranormal, Supernatural and spooky but I do not celebrate the Halloween thing, I just wanted to use my Tilda.

MIXED BAG

Hi all, hope that you are all ok and feeling tickety boo but if not I hope that you feel better soon.  It is not nice being unwell at any time of the year but with the dark mornings and nights it seems to make things feel worse, I for one am not recovering as quickly as I would like.

Today I have not one, not two but three cards to share with you and enter into some challenges, 

My first card is a reminder that 

CRAFTY HAZELNUT'S CHRISTMAS EXTRA CHALLENGE

is still open until the end of the month it is anything goes as long as it is Christmas related

I have gone for a simple design using some Papermania spotty paper a spotted embossing folder, Memory Box Die Cut, punched snowflakes, Die Cut Poinsettia and some ribbon. I think this will be a popular style for me to use on a lot of my Christmas cards this year as I will be able to use up a lot of my beautiful Christmas card stock that I have had for a few years.

My second card features one of my older beloved Tilda stamps I have used an Autumnal colour theme I stamped her with Momento Tuxedo ink then coloured her with both Graph It Markers and Copics, I doodled the leaves used my corner punch and mounted her onto red mirror card, the papers are a mixture from my bit box I also added some buttons that I found while rooting around in my stash.

ADDICTED TO STAMPS #111 - BLING

Hi all, I am a little late posing my DT card for our challenge at

ADDICTED TO STAMPS

our theme is

BLING, BLING BLING

we would love to see beautiful shiny things like gems, glitter anything that sparkles and shines, and here is my DT card using a stamp that was sent to me by a blogging buddy, it is of course Tilda, I will try and list all the things I have added to my card plus I there are a few pictures for you to look at as well.

I stamped Tilda with Momento Tuxedo ink then coloured her with Copics I cut her out with a circle stitched die and added pearls and AB gems, I then used another circle die cut in silver mirror card, the papers are LOTV I distressed the edges with my scissors as I couldn't find my little distressing tool but the effect is the same.  I added some lace, and lace bow, doilies, flowers and berries, more pearls a rosette and some punched butterflies.

GDT FOR THE ABC CHALLENGE-U FOR UNIQUE

Hi all, I was chosen as one of the top 5 in the ABC challenge last month then invited to be their GDT for the month of October, well here I am showing off my UNIQUE project which is a double card tag, if that doesn't make sense then follow me onto my picture display and details......but first let me tell you about the challenge itself.

U  for UNIQUE (Anything goes but make it a one of a kind item)

Ok let me explain what I have done, I had a bit of a brainwave, lol, I bought some very large tags last month 8.5" x 3.5", I covered one with some Christmas paper from a pad that I have had for awhile, I then added a 5" x 5" card tag, I covered the top of the card tag with some more of the Christmas paper and re-punched the holes in both the card and tag so I could pull the ribbon through, are you with me so far? 

I then adhered a white doily to the reverse of the card tag and glued it to the large tag. 

I then started to add my embellishments and image,  my embellishments consist of some postage stamps that are part of one of the Christmas paper designs I chose some and cut them out, I also added a sentiment banner, snowflake and a flower.  

This next picture is a closer look at my image which of course is Tilda she is a Christmas Tilda that I have had for a few years but she can be used for any occasion, I stamped her with Momento Tuxedo ink, coloured her with Graph It Markers then cut her out, I also stamped out the candy cane and bow image which is also from Magnolia, I cut it out and sat Tilda on it. 

The next picture shows the inside of the card tag, I used some more of the papers, stamped a sentiment then punched it out.

After reading my details and seeing the pictures I hope it now all makes sense, lol, if not just ask me some questions.

CHRISTMAS TILDA AND CHRISTMAS CARD CLUB 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

Hi everyone, after a couple of months break I have finally managed to make a couple of cards that I would like to enter into some challenges:  I know it has taken awhile but I had lost all my enthusiasm for any crafting, I then realised that time was marching on so I decided to pull my finger out and get on with making some Christmas cards.

My first card features Tilda with her Christmas tree, I have coloured her with Copics and sprinkled the tree with silver glitter, I cut her out and adhered her with silicone glue.  I used an 8x8 Christmas embossing folder then added some red spot Back To Basics paper, the sentiment is also Magnolia I stamped it with Versafine then embossed with silver powder, the hanging snowflakes at the bottom are from the Christmas range by Chloe, I have also embossed them, the black ivy is a Joanna Sheen Signature Die Cut the Poinsettias are Marianne die cuts, finally I added some pearls, red organza bow and some Magnolia gold things,

My second Christmas card is based on the Christmas Card Club theme that has been chosen by Sue and is the 12 days of Christmas, my card features the first 3.  I have used an 8x8 red scalloped base card the blue card, images and sentiment are all Hunkydory, I used gold mirri card for the matting.  I added some white ribbon and bows to the tags then added some buttons and punched snowflakes

FROSTY THE SNOWMAN

This week I have been working on this card for the Christmas Card Challenge, each day I did a little bit more.  The theme for this challenge was chosen by ASHA the theme being your favourite Christmas song/carol, this stamp came to mind immediately, my beloved Tilda with the snowman.

I have also followed the theme of the previous challenge that was set by Clare, use pastel colours with a circle somewhere on your card.

I coloured the image with pastel flexmarkers, I used my new EK Success circle cutter, it is a brilliant tool, the paper is from a 12 x 12 pack and came with some alpha letters, I used a Cuddly Buddly sentiment stamp, Tonic snowflake punch and a white organza bow.

Many thanks to everyone who has left me such lovely comments, I have been on visiting rounds but I still have a way to go, so please bear with me.

I have been doing my mums garden for the last few weeks which has taken up so much of my time, as my mum is 94 and my brother is awaiting a hip operation they are not able to get around, the garden was a real mess and it upset my mum who has always loved her garden, I have now finished the back and just started on the front both mum and bro are really pleased.

FLOWER BOX AND TILDA

Hi all, I hope that you don't mind looking at a few photos of my Flower Box, I have used this box to feature just a few of my favourite things, I have made to box from Kraft card, I crocheted a Chrysanthemum flower which I have adhered to the top of the box along with some die cut Memory Box leaves.

I stamped the main body of the box with flower stamps from a set that I bought from Waltzingmouse stamps a long time ago, I used TH distress ink.  I used pink linen effect card around the edge of the top of the box and punched it with an EK Success border punch, I used the same pink card for the scalloped die cut circles around the four sides. 

I used two of the larger flower stamps and centered them into the scalloped squares, I then added two of my beloved Tilda's and two greeting tags with twine threaded through. 

This box will be filled with Turkish Delight for my sister's birthday.
