Delightful Sketches

Hi all just finished what seemed like a marathon commenting session lol...been to visit all the blogs I follow plus all the entrants on the challenge blogs that I am a DT of.  Wow it has taken me forever but I enjoy it the inspiration new ideas that I pick up is fantastic and the creativity is quite awesome.

Now onto my card which is my entry for this week's Delightful Sketches and I have used a rubber stamp whoopee...it's a new one I bought from Quixotic Paperie I have wanted this image for ages and just had to ink it up last night.  I am not only using a new stamp but I have used distressed inks as well, I only have four but I used them all hence the odd colours lol.  The bp is a mixture of Laura Ashley Velour and SU the sentiment is Digital but cannot remember where I got it from the flowers and ribbon are from my stash.  I hope you like it and see you all again soon. It's Arrived-Fairy Fun Fridays Challenge Blog

Whoopee Prairie Fairy Challenge Blog is now up and running I managed to make a card as a DT member at about 2.00am this morning which is when I read the e-mail it may not appear on the challenge blog yet but I hope it will be in the line up with the other members of the team sometime today.  

New challenges will be posted every Friday and prizes will be up for grabs for the winning entry for Week 1 we have a sketch for you to try out and below is my card using one of the Prairie Fairy Images called 'Big Bunny' I love him, the papers are Papermania I have used Nestie circles some ribbon flowers and gems I hope you can come join us.  Hugs to all and see you later

Coffee Time

Hi all this is a bookmark I have made for two challenges the first being Simon Says the theme being 'Hot Chocolate' and secondly Charisma Cardz which is a colour combo of Pink, Brown, Cream and Coffee.  I decided to use a bookmark template which I covered with a cream/brown coloured backing paper I then used a new Digi Image from Bugaboo Stamps and the sentiment comes with it.  I coloured the image with Copics then placed it onto a brown card which I used my MS Valentine punch down the side.  The little hearts from the middle I added some to the image then added a flower.  I hope you like it.

I Have A Dream

Morning all I expect the weather is as bleak with you as it is here in Gloucester, the snow remains and it has frozen over night which is making it quite dangerous, although the sun is shinning beautifully.  I have to get my boots on and take my JR out for a walk even though his little puddies will get cold lol.  Anyway onto my first card in this post which is for the challenge at JUGS and Stamp with Us.

JUGS is based on the sketch and Stamp With Us is a colour theme of white, brown, burgundy and yellow.  I have used pro markers to colour my new image from Karen's Doodles.  The papers are Papermania Vintage the flower and gems are from my stash the sentiment is computer generated I hope you like it Hugs to all and see you later.

My second card is using one of my new Sugar Nellie Digital Images from Funky Kits and for this one I have followed the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I have used Copics to colour the Dream catcher Fairy the bp is from the Graphicus Guild I also used some glitter card the flowers are from my stash.

No 2

I have been able to complete quite a few cards for challenges some that I have entered before but also some new ones which I have picked up from blogs I have visited.  I think I will be slowing down a little in the next week or two as my spirit is beginning to ebb a little and I do not want you to be snowed under with loads of my cards.  I would like to thank you all for being so lovely and leave such wonderful comments for me they mean so, so much you all take care and see you later.

The Boys in Blue with a Couple in Tow

The Boys in Blue is my card for the challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity using the sketch supplied, a recipe of real or faux stitching and using a blue and white theme.

I came up with this idea at 4.00am this morning and just couldn't wait to get it made.  The frame is from My Craft Studio and using the PNG Digi file put the image within the frame then copied the image twice I also printed off three more images so I could decoupage the hats.  I used a Bearlymine bp, blue card added lace and stitched grosgrain ribbon also some blue gems and a bow the sentiment has been computer generated.  I hope you get as much fun looking at this as I did making it, hugs to all and see you later.

This is my card for the challenge at Allsorts this week and is based on their sketch, I have used a new image from Beccy Bits the bp is Basic Grey (I think) and added some flowers from my stash.

This is my card for Anyone for Anya themed Anything Goes plus Crazy 4 Challenges use Polka Dots and this is the card I made using Autumn Anya coloured in lavender and brown Copics the bp is Papermania Vintage added some ribbon, gems and flowers hope you like it.

Digital Tuesday DT Card - Challenge 40

Morning all today see's a new challenge at Digital Tuesday and the theme is I heart You.  This is my DT card and have used another Bizzy Bec's Digi Image coloured with Copics the bp is K&Co the flower is from my stash as is the heart and the charm.  I hope you like it and will come join us Hugs to all.

Three In One

Hi everyone hope you are well and not too cold it was a very frosty and foggy morning here in Gloucester but the sun is shining now.

I have decided to post these three cards in one post as it is so much easier for you to view, well I hope it is anyway lol.  They are all being entered into challenges which I will list at the end of the post.

THE CARDS

No 1

This is my first card and I am using a new image that I bought from Karens Doodles and I love it I really enjoyed working with this one.  I used the PNG file and with the aid of My Craft Studio put the image into a frame of Lavender and Lilac lace & ribbon, I punched out the circles a couple of which are glittered the others plain coloured card and added some flowers, the image I coloured with Copics.  I chose to make this because my Nephews wife is expecting a baby which is due very soon. I am really pleased with the end result I hope you are as well hugs to all.

No 2 

This is my second card and I am using one of my new DT images from Prairie Fairy, although they are not available yet they will be and very soon so please watch this space.

I have coloured the image with Copics the papers are from Crafty Ann's Digi Shop I have added lace ribbon, tassel, flowers and gems I do hope you like my selection.

No 3

This is my third card and for this one I have again used one of my new DT images from the Prairie Fairy, these will be available for purchase soon so please watch this space.  I have used some embossed papers glittered butterflies a flower and sentiment which reads 'Forever Young' the image I have coloured with Copics.

Cute Daisy May- DT Card - Love

Morning everyone today see's a new challenge at Cute Daisy May the theme being 'LOVE' and here is my DT card.  I have used one of CDM's new images from sheet 137 and she has stolen my heart.  I have coloured this little beauty with Copics the bp is papermania vintage collection I added some Lace and two circles which I embossed with a cuttlebug folder I also added a couple of flowers and charm the sentiment is a freebie from Cuddly Buddly.  I do hope you can come join us with some of your beautiful creations.
