MY TYPE OF SUMMERTIME WITH A BESTIE

Hi all this is my second posting for today please do checkout my Digital Delights DT card below, I am not a lover of sitting by the beach so to me this image depicts my kinda Summer.  

For my card today I have used a Sherri Baldy Bestie Image called 'Little Pixie Fancy Pants' I only bought her yesterday but could not wait to colour her in, I started this card at around 4.15 am this morning I coloured her with Graph It Markers and added a few little pearls to her hat, omg I love these hats and could have done with one this morning when I took Jess out for her run, it was so hot, it was alright for Jess as I take her along the brook and she jumps in and out of the water, lol, always makes me laugh, anyhow back to my card details, 

I have used a white 7 x 7 card base, the papers are LOTV and have been mounted onto black card as is the image, the second layer of card and paper I actually put through the die cutting machine and used my Tonic lattice die, I have added numerous pearls in different shapes and sizes also added a wired pink butterfly ribbon, large crystal gem, Joy Butterfly die cut border, lace, flower and some Cosmic Shimmer Gold PVA glue to the butterflies.

I created a card using the gorgeous

FLOWER POWER DAISY

I coloured Daisy with Graph It Markers then cut her out, I used a Spellbinders die for the central mount and used some of my pink Anna Marie Designs 'happy birthday' card, I then threaded some rustic ribbon through the slits, the papers are also from Digital Delights the Luau Digi Paper Set, finally I added 2 flowers.

BESTIE BLUE CHRISTMAS

Hi all, today I have a Christmas card to share with you and to enter into a few challenges.

I have used a Sherri Baldy Bestie image, Christmas Besties A42, I bought this one quite awhile ago but never used her, I have finally coloured her with Graph It Markers then cut her out so I could adhere her with silicone glue for a 3d effect.

I used the smaller of my Grande Spellbinders circles then cut another circle for the inner with my EK Success circle cutter, I embossed both the base card and the inner circle with a Christmas 8 x 8 embossing folder, I have used an 8 x 8 scalloped card for the base, I have highlighted around the white card with TH Peacock Feathers Distress ink, I used Hunkydory Adorable Scorable card in both the blue and white, I have actually used quite a few dies on this card, snowflakes, branches, Poinsettia, flower head, Christmas Tree and greeting. 

I have added some white lace but coloured it with the same Peacock Feathers distress ink I then added a little green bow and bell, some Pinflair Ice Diamond Frosting and some flower pearls.
