SHADES OF PINK AT ALLSORTS#768

 Today is the start of our new challenge the theme has been chosen by Dena and is

Shades of PINK

or you can opt for the Anything Goes option

This is my DT card featuring an image from Hetty Clare

I coloured the image with Altanew markers the base card is constructed using my very big Tonic dies (it is the first time I have tried this, although have seen it done many times and glad to say it worked) the flowers are from Papermania but I have added a small tea rose into their centres the base paper is also Papermania, I added a stamped sentiment and two punched butterflies

FESTIVE SCENE

 I have another card to show today but this time it is a festive scene using an image from Morgan's Art World I have coloured her with Graphic and Spectrum Noir markers I have used Kraft card for the base  the background papers are from an Anne Marie Christmas pad that I have had for a few years I die cut the snow effect at the top, the trees the snow covered grass and the fence the stars are punched I added Nuvo drops to the trees

CLEMATIS BEAUTY

 Today my card features an image that I won from SheepSki Designs it is called Clematis, I coloured this with Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers I distressed the edge of the image with TH distress inks I used glitter card for the frame of both the image and stamped sentiment I also punched out some stars in the same glitter card and added pearls, the base card I chose as it was similar to the trellis on the image

SPECIAL DAY HEARTS

 Today my card is all about die cutting and colour with a little bit of stamping

I have used an 8x8 scalloped card base the card stock for the hearts, flowers and for mounting is pink and grey I added a double shiny organza bow some pearls and little butterflies , the heart dies are from Tonic the flowers are Dawn Bibby's and I used a stamp from one of my sets.

A LITTLE SPARKLE

 Today my card features a Penny Black Stamp called 'Good Friends'  also includes the sentiment, I found this little cutie while I was looking for something else I didn't even know I had it so it's never been used before.

I coloured the image with Nuvo and Spectrum markers I then cut the image out with a square die but  decided to use one of my MDF frames to frame it, I added some red Nuvo glitter to the frame but unfortunately it doesn't show up very much, the base card is red mirror card that I embossed with a flower embossing folder, I added some small punched butterflies out of red glitter card from the same glitter card I punched a heart and mounted the sentiment finally I added some pearls, the sentiment reads

 A Good Friend is Like a four Leaf Clover Hard To Find and Lucky To Have, I did colour the 'clover' in red as they also look like hearts.
