 Hi all, I am back again I have been doing some DT work and made a couple of extra cards as well so I thought I would enter them into some challenges 

My first card features an image from Aurora Wings, I have gone for lovely Spring colours I love Spring it means that everything is coming alive again and with the sun we have been having everything in the garden seems to be waking up.

I have used papers from my stash, I have added a stamped sentiment and coloured the image with Nuvo and Copic markers, I added a double layered die cut butterfly.

My second card features my new Penny Black Stamp and sentiment, I have used die cut frames, liquid pearls die cut flowers and papers from my stash I also added some Flower Soft to the image, I have coloured the image with Nuvo and Copics pens.

SPRINGTIME COLOURS

Hi all, at the moment the sun is shining but there are some big black clouds around so something may be falling later either snow or rain, it is still rather chilly but at least we haven't, as yet, had the hurricane winds.

Today I have a card to share with you that I managed to finish off last night, I have been colouring images in ready to make cards up but this one is actually finished.

I have used an Aurora Wings image called Ribbons, I have coloured her with both Graph It Markers and Copics, I have gone for Springtime colours to brighten the day, I have also added a few new embellishments, flowers and the pearl/gold gems, a new colour of Flower Pearl and some lovely Hunkydory Lemon Sorbet Glitter, all new to me, I have taken a few pictures so, hopefully, in one of them you will see the sparkle.

MISTLETOE CHRISTMAS

Hi all, this is my third post in two days and second of today to see my earlier post please scroll down.

I have gone for a Christmas theme this time using an image from Aurora Wings called Mistletoe Elf, once again I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the paper is from Stampin Up, I have added some white organza ribbon and double bow plus some little white flowers with gems as their centres finally I added a stamped sentiment.

ITS PINK AND ITS GIRLY

Hi all, today I have a card to share with you that I made over the weekend.  Although I had packed most of my craft stuff away I felt a strong urge to colour and craft so I went on the hunt for my pens, stamps, papers, card and other items. I printed off some digi images got my Graph IT Markers at the ready and off I went on a little colouring spree, this card is one of three that I created.

The image is from Aurora Wings once coloured I mounted her onto green card stock, the pink card stock is from Stampin Up the papers are Papermania Capsule collection, I tied a double bow with pink organza ribbon punched out some butterflies and flowers added lots of pearls then finally stamped a sentiment.

For my card I have used my favourite Aurora Wings image Kia the Elf, she has been coloured with Graph It Markers.  The paper is Papermania I have used black card stock, stitched black ribbon and a 7" x 7" black card base, simples.

SPRING GREENS

Hi all, once again we have sunshine although a little chilly but who's moaning....I'm not, lol.  I was thrilled to find out that I won the challenge at Just For Fun the badge is flashing in my sidebar, I also won a beautiful framed photo from the selection shown on Paul Bailey's Blog you can find some awesome pictures HERE

Today I have a card to show you featuring an Aurora Wings image, although I have coloured her green she is not a 'Spring Cabbage' but the flowers are actually roses I have adapted the colour theme to enter into some challenges also on the new Aurora Wings Facebook challenge.

I have used a black 7" x 7" card base the papers are from my stash that I had from Elusive Images, now called Chocolate Baroque, they are quite a few years old but the swirl of the leaves matched perfectly the ones on the image.  I used some new die cuts, Ivy Corners, Butterflies, Dragonflies and Sue Wilson's Lattice border and bow, I die cut everything twice both in black and green card stock, I place the black behind the green to give a shadow effect, I also added some pale green pearls here and there.

The image I coloured with Graph It Markers used my corner punch and then mounted her onto black card stock.

CLEAN AND SIMPLE

Hi all, today the sun is shinning maybe things are about to change weather wise or is that wishful thinking,lol.

I made this card last week using another Aurora Wings image called 'hair and braids'.  I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the base card is 7 x 7 black card, I have used black card to mount the image, circle and border onto, I cut the circle using my EK Success cutter, I also used an EK success punch for the centre border, the papers are Papermania the white card is embossed and is from SU, I used my miniature daisy punch for the flowers then added pink Cosmic Shimmer PVA glue to their centres.

ELF KIA IN DENIM

Hi all, it is a dull, dreary day here in Gloucester no sun today unfortunately.

I have made a card that I would like to enter into a few challenges:

For my card I have used the Aurora image 'Little Elf Kia' again but this time I have coloured her in blue to give the look of a denim outfit and her hair is much darker.  I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the card and papers are from SU, I have used my miniature daisy punch for the flowers, added a doily and some Viva Decor yellow pearl drops, the base card is a 7 x 7, finally I added a double yellow organza bow and stamped sentiment. 

The markers used are as follows:

For my card I have used an image from Aurora Wings called Little Elf Kia, I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the gingham is actually Olive Green card I have highlighted the image and gingham card with black card, the little black daisies are from a Hobbycraft punch the centre border has been punched with a SU punch, I also added some little black butterflies on the image then stamped the sentiment.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

Hi all, I hope you will notice that I have 2 new badges in my sidebar, I have been so lucky to have been chosen in the Top 3 winners for 2 challenges so far, what a lovely start to the year.

I decided to make another 'Love' card using an image from Aurora Wings, I have used pink and purple for the colours but unfortunately it didn't matter how many photos I took at different angles in different lights I still seems to look more blue than purple which is why I am posting more pics than I normally would.

I have used a grey metallic 7 x 7 card for the base, topped with adorable scorable pink card and purple textured card stock.  I punched some hearts in the same colours added them to the corners topped with Cosmic Shimmer Pink Pearl PVA glue. The image I coloured with Graph It Markers, finally I added some white organza ribbon, double bow and gem, the sentiment was added to the image in MCS programme.

BLUE HYDRANGEA GIRL

Hi all, today I have another card to show you using an Aurora Wings Digi image called 'Girl In Hydrangea' this time I have gone for the colours of blue.

I have added blue glitter to the flower centres and glossy accents to accentuate the dark brown eyes, I have gone for an more darker skin tone also a darker hair colour, I have used Graph It Markers.

I used a 7 x 7 black card base topped with a textured card stock, I added Cosmic Shimmer Gold Pearl PVA glue drops around the card edge, I used ivy die cuts for the corners, I also added some lace and a sentiment.

LOVE IS A MANY SPLENDID THING

Hi all, today I have a card to show you that is all about love......I have used a new image from Aurora Wings, she is just perfect for Valentine's Day or just to tell someone that you love them.

I have coloured her with Graphics then filled the hearts with glossy accents I used Cosmic Shimmer Black Pearl PVA glue on her earrings and necklace.

I added some wide crinkly edged red organza ribbon on the card as well as the bow I then topped it with some white patterned organza, the heart I punched out four times with my SU punch then stuck the backs together, the top heart I adhered to double sided sticky paper then punched it out and added gold glitter, it is the first time I have done this technique and will surely be doing it again.  Finally I added a black gem and stamped sentiment, the white card stock has a tapestry effect on it that I got from Joanna Sheen, I have taken to pictures in different light so you could capture the shine/sheen.

GIRL WITH HYDRANGEA

Hi all, today I have another image from the Aurora Wings range this one is 'girl with Hydrangea' these images are such a dream to colour they have so much expression.

I have coloured this image with Graph It Markers, I will list the colours I used at the end of this post.  I used a 6 x 6 textured card base, the papers are from my stash all, including the image, have been mounted onto black card stock. 

I added some pink organza ribbon and double bow, pins and pearls, sentiment and on the image I added some glossy accents then covered them with Debbie Moore's golden glitter, they look like little glitter balls, finally I added 2 butterflies.

A LITTLE BIT OF PURPLE HEAVEN

I finished this card last night and I am really loving these Aurora images this one is called Girl with Pansies, once again I have coloured her with Graph It Pens, I was lucky to watch Nicky demo these on Create and Craft I bought sets 1 & 2, they really are lovely to colour with.

I used my spellbinders Grande circle dies to cut the image and the circle behind I distressed the image circle while still in the die, I also use my new Memory Box butterfly dies, I embossed the lilac card with a swirl folder added some lace topped with gingham ribbon.  I tied a double bow then added some flowers, pearls and sentiment, I used glossy accents on the butterfly and bubbles.

MASQUERADE

Hi all, I know it is a bit late but I would like to wish all my blogging buddies and visitors a very Happy New Year.

I have actually found a little bit of my mojo and have made a few cards one of which I am showing here today.

For my card I have used a 7x7 black card then topped that with 4 layers of additional card stock and papers.  The image is from Aurora Wings at Esty I have coloured her with Graph It markers then doodled a frame with pink ink.  I added a bow, gem, sentiment and flowers.

The colours I used are as follows:

Hair: 9100, 9102, 9103

Face: 4115, 4145, 4150, 4155, 4175

Mask and Feathers: 4145, 5110, 5120,5210

I used lots of Debbie Moore's Silver Glitter
