Stamp Fairy Friday Release and DT card plus QKR DT card

(I want to apologise for not visiting you all these last couple of days but I am not well.  I have scheduled this post but edited to include this.)

Hi all I can't believe it is Friday already time goes super quick in the Land of Blog that's for sure, lol.

Today I have a couple of DT cards to show you the first being a new Friday release at The Stamp Fairy the set is called Linda Ballerina, she is super cute.

Here is my card

I have used Bearlymine papers on a 6x6 white scalloped card base, I have added lace, ribbon, punched heart, silk flower and some gems I have coloured this little beauty with Copics.

My second card is using an image from QKR Stampede called 'Good Boy' but I have titled this Puppy Love, it popped into my head and I was singing 'Puppy Love' most of the day. lol.

I have coloured this wonderful hound dog with Copics I mounted him onto both brown and red card, the base card is Bazzill, the paper is some that I received as a gift a couple of years ago and the edges were already crimped, I added some wide gold ribbon, pearls a Meljen Design Heart and QKR Stampede sentiment.

Aud Sentiments #20 Use The Word LOVE

Hi all I am back again this time it is a new challenge at 

Aud Sentiments 

and we would like to see you display the word LOVE somewhere on your card/project.

and here is my DT project an Easel Card Drawer Box

I have used a Squigglefly image called 'He Loves Me' and I have coloured her with Copics.

I have used a green pearlescent card base and Basic Grey papers.  I have added lace, flowers and charm. 

This shows the easel card opened and showing the stamped sentiment 'With Love' this came on an A5 set of rubber stamps featuring one of the Flower Fairies.

These pictures show the drawer box both open and closed. 

The final image shows a close up of the image.

I do have a little project I made to celebrate today, I made my own little box and here it is

I have used one of my new digi images from Cuddly Buddly called Special Friends and you can view this range HERE

I have coloured him with Copics, added some flowers and ticket sentiment. 

I apologise for the picture quality but I hope to make another one of these soon and maybe the lighting will have improved a bit by then, 

I actually saw something similar to this on Create and Craft but was too late to record it but had a general idea and decided to make my own version.

I used pearlescent card with a green sheen also a dark green pearlescent card the paper is Basic Grey, I added lace and green ribbon.  I filled the box with some sweeties.

Here is my card

I just hope that this is tropical enough, but not being a big fan of too much heat I made sure that this little lady was covered up, lol.

I have used an image from Crafty Sentiments called Lilly

I have coloured her with Copics, I used a 6x6 cream card base topped with green pearlescent card, I added a mixture of bp, some lace, pink daisy lace, ribbon and flowers.  I think this gives a tropical warmth feel with all the colours and flowers and I am very happy with the finished product....are you?

 This next picture is a close up of Lilly.

Stamp Fairy Challenge #6 plus Challenge Card

Hi all today we have a new challenge for you to try at The Stamp Fairy this week the theme is

Paper Piecing

Here is my DT Card

I used to shy away from paper piecing but have tried it several times now and I love it, I have paper pieced the dress and bow of this gorgeous Stamp Fairy image, then coloured her hair and skin with Copics the balloon I glittered with Fools Gold Glitter.

The papers are Bearlymine, I punched out some retro flowers using the same papers and added gems for their centres.  I also punched out a heart and added a flower, I then adhered some ribbon.

I have used Basic Grey papers the image I coloured with Copics then cut out and mounted onto two embossed circles, I added a red embossed heart, the four circles I cut out using one of my Die Cuts then mounted some flowers, I also added some red pearls, sentiment and ribbon, which I have pleated on one side (left hand side)

Here is my DT Card

I chose to make a birthday card and have kept this one a little more within the clean and simple style.

I have used Basic Grey base paper I have gone for the red and yellow theme and coloured Tilda with these colours, I mounted the image onto gold mirri card then punched a heart and adhered a red rose, I added some small flowers to the image and some card candy and sentiment.

I was asked by a fellow DTM and blogging buddy, Jo,  if I would like to play with some images from

 Crafty Sentiments and of course I said yes, they are super cute and I love cute.

This image is called Blitz and can be found HERE with lots of other cutie images, they also do a lovely selection of circle and ticket sentiments.

I decided to make another Gate Fold card, I have used Bearlymine papers, I used my corner round punch, I added the papers, after I had trimmed them down I cut some of the the flowers out from the leftovers and decoupaged them then added small flowers the their centres I also added some liquid pearls. I added some pink ribbon to tie the card and then added the sentiment which is from Marks Finest.

The next picture shows the card opened. 

I coloured the image with Copics then used my circle scalloped Nestie I adhered that to the centre I then added some flowers which have buttons as their centres, these I bought from QVC last week.

Thank you for looking and really hope you like what I have shown you, I am a little worried that my mojo may have decided to go on holiday, I hope not but you never know with mojo's do you, they seem to have a will all of their own.
