Hi all today is rather special as it is my little boys 21st birthday, gosh I can't believe it, where has the time gone, he is chilling out today but when the weekend comes he is off to Bristol for the night with eight of his mates.
I am in the middle of my visiting you all but just wanted to post three cards that I have made. It has taken me a few days to finish them off except the third one which I actually did a few weeks ago but didn't know if I liked it or not, I found it in my tray so thought I would give it ago anyway.
My first card I would like to enter into the following challenges:
I have used the Cute Lion image from Kenny K and coloured her with Copics, I actually printed her out on golden parchment paper, I stamped my 'sand' stamp around the edges then mounted her onto gold mirri card. The papers are Basic Grey Hopscotch, I added a strip of gold mirri card across the centre topped with raffia ribbon and gold ribbon, I added some card candy, flowers, butterfly and sentiment.
My second card is using a digi image from Cuddly Buddly, I have coloured her with Copics, the papers are Bearlymine, the bottom paper is pink spots but I decided to stamp a flower around the edges the stamp is from one of my SU sets. I mounted the bottom paper onto gold mirri card, the rose paper I mounted onto pink card, the image has been mounted onto brown card. I added a ribbon, iridescent gems, a felt flower, which I cut out with a Sizzex die cut, the centre of the flower I cut with a Nellie Snellen Die and added a blue gem for the centre, a sentiment which I highlighted with TH Vintage Photo Distress ink.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
My third and final card is a sort of version of Steam Punk, I have used an image from Simply Betty and coloured her with Promarkers, I added black lace, black/grey vintage lace and flowers. The 3 little flowers at the bottom are made with shrink plastic, the 3 watch faces I cut out from some bp and embossed them with thick clear powder, I found some chipboard letters coloured them with a black promarker then added Glossy Accents, I used TH Vintage Photo distress ink around the image then used my individual alphabet cute tip stamps for the wording.
I would like to enter this into the following challenge:
That's it from me today so I am back to my commenting so I will see you in a little bit, hugs to all.
