Stamp Fairy Friday Releases and QKR Stampede DT Card

Hi all well it has been a busy week for me with three blog hops and other DT postings but I have enjoyed it so much and all your wonderful comments make it all worthwhile.

Today we have a new release of Digi Images for you to see from Stamp Fairy there is also a freebie to collect so pop over and have a browse.

I have made a card showcasing just one of these beautiful images. 

I think this may well be the first ever Mermaid card I have ever made, I used Basic Grey 12x12 paper cut down to the size I needed, I added some lace and a pink daisy chain and a rainbow flower, I also added some pink flower gems.  The image I coloured with Copics I then cut a silver holographic frame with my scalloped Nesties

My next card is showing an image that is available from QKR Stampede this month our theme is Love/Valentine and I will have some more images to show throughout the month.

I have used the image called 'Chocolate Kisses' I have coloured him with Copics I stamped the sentiment, the papers are Basic Grey, I also added some red shiny card candy, gingham ribbon, flowers and heart. All images from QKR Stampede are available to view HERE

WHIMSY JANUARY BLOG HOP

Welcome to our January Blog Hop the DT have so many wonderful creations for you to see, we are showcasing the Meljen and Crissy Armstrong New Releases.

Here are my DT projects

This first card shows the new image from Crissy Armstrong called 'Dance of Love' I coloured this beautiful image with Copics, I cut it out with my Scalloped oval Nestie and mounted onto gold mirri card, I also used my Marianne Die Cuts for the two gold corners, I also added two MS punched butterflies. I used a blue pearlescent card base and embossed a square into which I adhered some Bearlymine bp.

For my second card I used Johnny Bird Boots from Meljen Designs I coloured him with Copics and mounted onto pink card I used my SU heart stamp and punch for the three hearts, I used a plain white card base and embossed some lines across the middle using my Hougie Board.

My third and final card I used Johnny Bird Boots pre coloured image I cut the image and the scalloped mount using my oval Nesties's.  I used blue pearlescent for the base card but have done a gatefold card the papers are Bearlymine, I have embossed some lines onto the card base, I have added card candy, butterflies, flowers and heart.  The bottom picture shows the inside of the card I have used one of the new sentiments from Ann Vento in this beautiful frame.

AUD SENTIMENTS #19

Here is my DT card which I hope will give you a little inspiration

I have used one of my favourite sentiment stamps 'Happy Days' from Cuddly Buddly, I have used one of my brand new Tilda stamps that I won from Janiel, I could choose any two Tilda stamps I wanted and this was one of them, thank you Janiel I felt such joy winning these stamps.  I have coloured Tilda with Copics, the papers are Bearlymine, I punched a border on one side using a MS punch I added lace, doily, flower and butterflies.

Here is my DT card 

For my card I have used pearlescent paper for the base, I used my jumbo 3" punch to cut out the circles, one with the image, one in bp and one in plain blue card.

I coloured the Cardmadfairy image 'Chickadees' with Copics.

I added flowers and gems.

Digital Tuesday Challenge #92

Hi all today our new challenge starts the theme is

We would like to see shopping bags, shoes, purses...anything that has anything to do with buying). Perfect timing for this challenge as sales are going on everywhere in stores right now.

As always, you can create anything you like, just be sure to include a digi somewhere on your creation. We have opened up our challenge a little bit, so now you can use anything digital on your project - image, sentiment or paper, or any other digital item!

This means you can use a stamped image as long as you use a digital product and highlight what digi item you have used on your card/project.

Here is my card

I have used an image from Charmed Crafts coloured with Prisma pencils, I have used a black card base and Basic Grey green paper, the flowers I punched from mulberry paper and added some gems, I used my SU word punch to cut the tags and added some gems. finally I used my Frisker's tag punch for the 'sale' tags at the top.

New Beginnings

Hi today my son asked if I could make a card for a friend of his who wanted it to give someone who had just had a baby boy.  This is what I came up with and thought that it would also fit the following challenge.

Dutch Dare - New Beginnings

I used Bearlymine papers, ribbon, butterfly and gems the image is the Baby Boy H&S stamp I inked him with SU choc chip ink and coloured with Copics. 

I have also received the following awards for which I am both thrilled and proud to have had them passed onto me the first award I received from both Linda and Davi, thank you so much girls

Here is my DT card

I have used the image of Lenny available from Stamp Fairy.com I have coloured him with Prisma pencils I used blue ribbon for the balloon rope, I cut Lenny out and mounted him onto a gold mirri oval scallop.  I have used Basic Grey as a base paper topped by V&A paper, I added gold ribbon, gold stars and sentiment.

I have used one of my brand new Tilda stamps coloured with Copics. I have used a mixture of papers, added some lace, ribbon, card candy, heart pin and flowers.
