School/Office Set and New Meljen Images

I would like to share with you today my project for Whimsy Stamps using the new releases of Digi Images from Meljen Designs. Each Thursday the Digital DT will be showcasing the Meljen New Release images so please join us if you can.
I decided to use Pen-pal Mouse, available to buy HERE, and have made a school/office desk set. I hope you like looking at photos as I have a few to show lol.
My first picture shows the Desk Tidy made with Bazzill card stock and SU Cottage Garden papers.

I printed the mouse four times then cut him out placed him on SU Razzleberry card stock and coloured with promarkers, I have taken the extra photos to show that he is on all four sides and different colours.

I then wanted to do something else so made a gift card and post it holder this is my first try at these and was very pleased with the finished article. I have used the ABC Digi Stamp and another smaller version of Pen-pal mouse.
This is a look at the inside of both the gift card and post it pad.
I have put a bookmark in the gift card but it would also be ideal for money or gift token the post it pad will go with the desk tidy and I thought make a nice little set for a school person or indeed in the office or craft room.
I hope you have enjoyed looking at my project and maybe I have inspired you in some way with your crafting. Many thanks for visiting and hopefully leave a comment for me on what you think of my gift set and the new Meljen Images. Hugs to all see you later.

Digital Tuesday Challenge #71 DT Card

A new day a new challenge at Digital Tuesday the theme this week has been chosen by Sandy and she would like to see Butterflies and/or Lace on your project. I am also entering this into this weeks Cupcake Craft Challenge who also want Lace on your project.
This weeks sponsor is Digital Oasis and here is my DT card which I so enjoyed creating as I love both butterflies and lace.
This butterfly is a digi image available from Whimsy Stamps and is a Chrissie Armstrong image it is stunning and as usual with digi images it can be resized. I have taken a few photos at different angles so you can see it in all its glory.
I printed the image twice then cut it out I coloured them both with promarkers then layered one on top of the other.  I added star dust Stickles to the body.
For the antennas I used pearl sprays then added some pearls as a trail.  The papers are S.E.I. as I wanted a pink and grey colour theme.  I used my new gadget from We Are Memory Keepers which is a large magnetic craft mat, ruler, knife, trimmer and circle cutter all (apart from the knife) are magnetic, I used the circle cutter to cut both size circles that is what I wanted to showcase this image. Finally I added a chipboard B for butterfly, some ribbon, lace and flower.
I hope you have enjoyed looking at my card and maybe have found a little inspiration.  We would love to see you at Digital Tuesday this week but please remember you must use a Digi Image/download on your project.
Hugs to all see you later.

OSAAT #24

It is the day for a new challenge at OSAAT and this week the theme is Magical and Mystery we would love the see Fairy's, dragons or anything that holds a hunt of mystique

For my card I have used an image by Hope Jacare called - Dew Drop Fairy available HERE.
I have used a backing paper from Papermania Wedding range but lots of the papers will suit other occasions, I have used the graphics programme to place the image on a two tone background of Lilac and Pink.  I coloured the image with silver stardust Sakura pen then mounted it onto pink card. I added some pink ribbon, ric rak and gems.
I have tried to take pictures at angles so you see the shimmer but not sure if I was successful, it looks really lovely in real life.
I hope you like my card and will join the challenge this week.
Hugs to all see you later.
