It is time for our new challenge at

WHOOPSIE DAISY

DIE CUTS AND PUNCHES

I didn't think I would get this posted as I have been without an internet connection since the early hours of Saturday morning, I spent some time on the phone with the provider testing numerous connections, plugs etc, tonight I received a phone message to say it was a problem their end and they were going to reset everything but would take 48 hrs, fortunately I kept an eye on the lights on my router and noticed that it changed to solid green instead of flashing amber.

I will be visiting all my lovely friends that have left comments for me on my previous post, they are truly wonderful and so uplifting, I thank you with all my heart.

Now onto my DT card

I have used two images from sheet 409, the one of the front of my card I coloured with promarkers the image on the inside is precoloured.

I cut out the front image leaving a fine white border which I think looks so effective.  

I have gone for a pink and purple colour theme, the die I have used are a mixture of Cheery Lynn and Memory Box, I have also added a pink organza ribbon, an organza flower also some MS punched butterflies and lots of pink pearls.

I decided to have a go at making a card gift holder for this I have used a 12x12 embossed card stock, for demo purposes I have used the Daisy and Friends CD Rom and a gift card on the inside. The butterflies on the inside are punched using a SU punch.

FIRST CARD OF 2013

Happy New Year to all my blogging friends old and new.

I hope that you all enjoyed the holiday festivities and received some wonderful presents.

I wanted to make a card 'just because' and followed my mojo's lead this is what I came up with.

I was a very lucky lady to receive a Christmas card from Lorraine with this little stamp inside she is called

Molly Mittens Sitting from Tickled Pink Stamps, I love her.

For my card I have used a scalloped white 6x6 card base, I used a embossing folder on some white card it is a flower design 6x6 folder.

I used my Cheery Lynn die cut frame on some turquoise pearlescent card, I also used memory box Chloe and Gentle Leaf dies, i coloured the stamp with promarkers.  I have added some roses, sentiment, butterflies and a sliver satin bow.

Here is my card using papers from the

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SET

I have gone for a pink and blue colour theme, I have used an 8x8 Kraft card base, all papers and image have been mounted onto silver textured mirri card.  I have also used a mixture of Memory Box and Marianne die cuts, the image is my Morehead Bauble stamp coloured with promarkers, I have doodled a frame around the image, finally I added some flower pearls and a sentiment.

Hi all today is the start of a busy week on the DT front as I will be posting everyday, I just hope that you can put up with me, lol,

Here is my DT card using one of my H&S Baby stamps and accessory (baby rattle), I inked both the image and baby rattle with Momento Black Ink and coloured with Copics, I cut both out then 3'd them with silicone glue directly onto the paper which is from the BMD Paper Lace set, the base paper is gingham from Ext Vol 3.

I added a doily, sentiment, Memory Box Poppy die Cut, Pink Organza ribbon and bow, flowers and gems. The leaves I cut myself from a pale green card stock.

My second DT card and challenge is for

this week the theme is to make a card/project

FOR A CHILD

For my card I have used this fabby image called 'My Best Friend', I have coloured him with a mixture of Spectrum Noir and Copics.  The papers are all Papermania but from different sets, all papers have been mounted onto black card stock, I added some raffia ribbon and buttons.
