Here is my DT card
I have used a Sassy Studio image and thought she would be perfect to use for a Christmas card for my son.  I have coloured the image with Prisma pencils and Copics then added bronze stickles to the fur, I have used an 8x8 card, I used, as the main base, black mirri card, half of which I scored using the Hougie Board, I adhered the image then added Bronze Stickles to give a sort of quilted luxury look, I think it worked, lol.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my card and please do come join us and show your Sassy cards/projects.
Hugs to all

It's Meljen New Release Day

Hi all this is my second posting of the day another scheduled one so hope blogger is still being good.
Today I have some projects for you to see using some of the new released images from Meljen Designs all of which are available to purchase from Whimsy Stamps.
Here is my DT projects
This first card is an A4 pre scored card which is the long version fold, I decided to use my graphics programme and the PNG format images to put Santa and three of his reindeer together. I have coloured them all with Copics then used chalk for the sky.  I mounted the image onto red card then adhered that to gold mirror card, I then stamped the sentiment.
My second project was to use the Father Christmas circle sentiment and the Gingerbread Men on my stash of 3 x 3 cards.  I used different shaped Nesties to cut them out and mount them, I then stamped a sentiment and added gems to each card.

Once I finished the cards I decided to make a box to put them in so I can give it as a gift, I used red card, green ribbon, white ric rac ribbon, flat flowers and a Meljen Holly image (freebie).  I didn't want to decorate it too much as I am not sure which member of the family I will be giving this to.
I really had so much fun making this selection I hope you also get some enjoyment from seeing them.
Hugs to all.

I have made this card for a few challenges using an image form the Baby Bud selection, she is called 'Holly' and was a freebie from the Baby Bud Blog last week.

The challenges I am entering this one into are as follows:
