Here is my DT card using and image from Flat Friends Boutique called
I coloured the image with Graph it markers then used my deckle edged die cuts for the frame, I also used die cuts for the waves, the papers are LOTV, I added a flower made from punched hearts, flowers, sentiment and gems.
