PRIMROSE ELF

Today my card share features an image from Aurora Wings called Primrose Elf, I have coloured her with both Graph it Markers and Copics, the base paper is LOTV, I used my square die cut and some leaf die cuts, I added some flower gems, lace and sentiment

IT'S CHRISTMAS AT FAB 'N' FUNKY #248

Hi all, today it is team FAB hosting this week's challenge at

the theme for this week is all about Christmas with a twist we want to see some

on your project.

and the prize is

Here is my card using one of my all time favourite stamps, I coloured her with Graph It Markers then added glitter to the snowflakes. I used some rectangle X Cut dies for the frame then added silver liquid pearls, I also embossed the white card with my Christmas embossing folder, I added some red liquid drops for the berries, I used my Marianne dies for the snowflakes and tree then added some more glitter, finally I cut a piece of red Christmas ribbon to use as the sentiment.

SPRING GREENS

Today my card features an image called Katie from Lil Miss Muffet, I coloured with Graph It Markers and Copics, the papers are LOTV both image and papers have been mounted onto black card stock. I added some flowers, brads, MDF banner, pins and die cuts.

I received some sad news this morning, my Auntie Lil (my mum's twin sister) passed away last night, she was 95 yrs of age, I know that she is happier now that she has joined her beloved husband and their 2 girls.

SPRING TIME BLUES

Hi all, today is the start of our challenge at

CRAFTY CARDMAKERS AND MORE

the theme is

STRIPES

For my DT card I have used one of my old stamps that I believe is a Whiff of Joy stamp, I have had her so long I have forgotten where I got her from.

I inked her up with Momento Tuxedo Ink and coloured with Graph It Markers, I mounted her onto blue textured card stock, the papers are from

BUCKWELLS CRAFT SUPPLIES

I have used the papers from this selection

It's Stripes

I printed off the darker and lighter shades of blue, both have been mounted onto the same card stock as the image, the card is 12 x 12 so I actually made the card base as a 6 x 6 card.

I added some antique flower lace, crochet flowers then added some gold liquid pearls. I went for a blue coloured theme that reminds me of Bluebells, my garden is full of them in the Spring, I keep pulling up the bulbs but they are still everywhere.

Nothing too fancy but I like it I hope you do too.

WRYN WITH POTS OF LOVE

Hi all, what a day it has been so far, I was doing some die cutting/embossing on my Grand Calibur and guess what happened.........it broke, good job I have the X Cut die cutter that I bought many months ago when it was launched, I only used it once but now it will be my main machine, the only machine I have. My back is still hurting but better, thank you for your well wishes. I am also getting a lot of 'mail delivery failures' I leave comments but later I get this notification, I am really at the end of my tether with Google and Blogger I am seriously thinking of either opening a new blog or finishing the set up of my Word Press blog. I am so sorry to be moaning please forgive me, I think I am a little tired, instead I will tell you about my card.

I have used, I believe, one of the most popular Tiddly Inks image of Wryn 'Grow a Pot Of Love'.

I coloured her with Graph it Markers then cut her out using my new Tattered Lace rectangle die, I then laced some pale lilac ribbon through the holes and added a bow, the base card I embossed with my new Hessian Embossing Folder then sanded it down to show a distressed look. The papers are LOTV the image and papers have all been mounted onto pink card stock.

I used my new quilling flower die to create the flowers, I used yellow for the middle then pink. I stamped a sentiment then added lace and some resin roses and heart pearls.
