Hi all, I have to thank everyone for the lovely comments that I received on my previous posts they certainly made me feel totally loved and supported, your kindness is so wonderful, thank you.
Today
ADDICTED TO STAMPS new challenge commenced and their theme is all about
Butterflies, I am not in team B but I love butterflies and decided to make a card anyway.
I have done something totally different for me and that is I have embossed onto vellum, if I have done it before it was many years ago.
I have been looking through my stash and found an envelope with loads of different coloured vellums in so thought I would get on and use some of them.
I used Versamark Champagne ink and Judikins White Opaque embossing powder heated the powder then cut out the stamped image, I have used my SU punches for the scalloped vellum centre and the gold mirror card circle centre, I used the same ink and stamp on the pink background card then used some of my rarely used Cosmic Shimmer Mica Powder they really show up in the light, finally I added some pink pearls and a pink lace knot and sentiment.
