LOTUS FLOWER GIRL

Happy Valentines Day to one and all.  Wow what a week it has been weather wise, we have had gale force winds, tons of rain, thunder, lightening and snow.  I have heard this morning that the army are down at the Quay in Gloucester laying sandbags as the canal is about to flood the road, the River Severn has burst it's banks and there is still more forecast, roll on Spring.

I also have some more wonderful news to share with you and that is I have won another place in the top 3 at Graph It Challenge and have been showcased on the Scribble and Scrap Challenge blog, it is amazing so I would like to say a big thank you to the DT girls.

Today I have a card that I made and would like to enter it into a few challenges:

For my card I have used an image from Aurora Wings called Girl With Lotus Flowers, I have coloured her with Graph I Markers, the gingham is some shabby card-stock that I got from Create and Craft, the papers are a mix, I have used black card to mount the papers and image on as I have used a 7 x 7 black card base.

I have used my EK Success circle cutter also my SU border punch, I added some small gold butterflies to the image, flower pearls and a couple of hearts the sentiment is stamped.

The Graph It Markers used are as follows:

MIXED BAG

Hi all, today I have 2 cards that I would like to share with you and enter into some challenges.

My first card is featuring a digi image that I got from Scribble and Scrap, I was chosen as winner of the top 3 in one of their challenges and won a £5 voucher to spend in their store, I was immediately pulled to the vintage ladies section, this is just one of the images that I decided to use for my card, I have coloured her with Graph It Markers, the papers I got from Create and Craft, the ribbon and flowers I recently bought from The Ribbon Girl shop, I have tried to keep it quite simple so I hope that you like it.
