WE LOVE STAMPING FEMININE REMINDER

 Today is a midway reminder of our challenge at

WE LOVE STAMPING

the theme is 

FEMININE 

This is my DT card 

I decided to go Art Deco and used a stamp that I found in one of my boxes I also found the matching sentiment stamp, I coloured the image then cut her out for the card base I used gold and black I also used one of the Glitter Girl embossing boards the Art Deco one then cut out the elements I also added some flowers and a black double bow.

TWO DT CARDS ONE POST

Apologies for being  a day late posting my wo DT cards for both

ALLSORTS

and a reminder of our challenge at

 WE LOVE STAMPING

The theme for ALLSORTS  this week has been chosen by me and it is

CHRISTMAS TIME 

this is my DT card 

I absolutely love this image and I had so much joy colouring him up I have used Sepia tones the papers are from my stash I used my large scallop dies for the central circles and my punch for the snowflakes I coloured the image with a mix of markers, everyone who follows me knows I LOVE all animals, when I was younger I desperately wanted to own my own horse and eventually I did he was beautiful and called Timba we had many happy years together now he is a very happy memory, he was darker than what I have coloured this fella but what a joy this one is.

CHRISTMAS CHARACTERS

I have used one of my new Woodware Stamps of a Gnome this one is called Trying it Out For size which is one of the sentiments that come with the stamp.

I used my 8 x8 circle scallop card I the used my large scallop die to build up the centre I used the little snowflake stamp on the base card and I coloured the image with a mix of markers.

We've seen some lovely creations so far but there's still plenty of time to join in as the challenge runs until Wednesday 29th November and remember you can share more of your Christmas makes with us as you can enter three times.

BLUE JAMES THE TED

 

Today my card features a LOTV stamp that I have had for many years I coloured him with Spectrum Noir markers the papers are from my stash I added some glitter stars and a stamped sentiment

for my DT card I have used a stamp that I have had for some years she is called Magdalene from The Greetings Farm, fortunately she was still in her package so I knew who she was, I used Versafine Onyx ink to stamp her then coloured her with a mix of markers the papers are Nitwits, I added a double gingham bow, punched butterflies and some Nuvo drops.

WE LOVE STAMPING MID WAY REMINDER

 Hi, today we have a reminder of our current challenge at

WE LOVE STAMPING

the theme is 

FOR A LADY OR GIRL

For my DT card, I have used a stamp I bought several months ago but have never used I stamped with Versafine Onyx ink and coloured her with a mix of markers the sentiment also comes with the main stamp. I used pink and black cards for matting and layering I also added some of my mum's black lace and a few embellishments.

I am getting rather anxious as my mum's ashes will finally be buried in my dad's grave on Friday, it has been a long wait but the headstone had to be taken away, and find the written proof that my mum had actually bought the grave when dad passed, it has now all been sorted so it will only be her children and a few grandchildren that will be attending the 'funeral' I know that mum is already with dad but now her ashes are being buried it will feel that she is finally where she should be, however upsetting that is, it seems right 

I want to thank so many of you for your kindness, understanding, and support during this traumatic time you have been wonderful and it has really touched my heart.  I can't pretend it is going to get any easier quickly but maybe one day I will find some peace.

WE LOVE STAMPING MIDWAY AND PLANT POT WENDY

 Good morning, today I have two cards to share with you the first one is my DT card for the midway reminder of our current challenge at

I have once again used my PB Pansy stamp but this time coloured in red, I actually bought some more Pansies last week to plant in mums garden I know that she will love them. I actually stamped the image twice and decoupaged the flowers I took a photo from the side but I don't think you can see the raised ones.

I chose floral as I love Pansies so did my mum

 Good morning all

Lily of The Valley of course it is James the bear

I stamped and coloured him with Copic markers, I used my scalloped dies to cut him and the gold mirri card then put him on a scalloped base card I then added a red triple bow and a sentiment.
