My card features a digital image from Ching Chou kuik I think she is named the Poppy Maiden I have coloured her with Promarkers, the papers are from my stash I added some die cut flowers and punched butterflies the sentiment is a wood mounted stamp that I have have for many years, I used a stencil for the diamond pattern

I had the honour and privilege of being on the DT at  Allsorts Challenge until my depression took over once again, I am thrilled that they are now celebrating their 16th birthday a great feat, they have a tremendous and inspirational DT and is run by the wonderful Brenda, I hope that the challenge blog will continue to be successful for many years to come.

 My card features 3d decoupage from Katy Sue Designs I have used silicone glue for the dimension I added a sentiment and some pink punched butterflies, the pink paper I have used is iridescent and has a lovely shine to it

MALE CARD

 It will be my Grandson's 4th birthday in August so I thought I would get ahead and made this card with some Studio Light Die Cut Decoupage, I have loads of different themes I got them on a special going  back last year, put them in a drawer and forgot all about them thought it was time to start using them, little Reuben loves football.  I have used a DL card stock, found some football type card stock and die cut a shape I used smaller shapes for the image I also added some punched stars and a sentiment

 Today my card features one of my all time favourite stamps from the Magnolia Tilda range this one is called Tilda with Daisy I have coloured her with Promarkers.  The base card was cut using a die I embossed the purple card I used dies to cut out both the image and frames, I added a stamped sentiment and die cut flowers to finish off I added some small punched butterflies

BIRTHDAY GIRL

TIMES GONE BY

 Today my card features a digital image from Crafts and Me I have had this particular image for many years but I think this is the first time I have used it ,she is called Art Deco Rita.  I have coloured her with a mix of markers, the papers are from an old paper pad that I found which in turn dictated the colour theme, I used gold mirror card and used an 8x8 embossing folder I fussy cut out the image and mounted her with silicone glue I added some lace and a stamped sentiment.

IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY

 For picking flowers and taking a bike ride.........I have two cards today the first is a card I made quite awhile back but never posted I have a drawer full of stencils, but I have two favourites that I use whenever I can the first is the brick wall the second is the Honeycombe on this occasion I have used the brick wall, I have used a Tiddly Ink image called Big Wheels Turning I used a mix of markers to colour the image, I used the stencil and found some card stock with a brick effect as well the pink paper is from my stash I then added a small crochet flower and stamped sentiment

My second card I made quite recently using a Whimsy digital image by Chrissie Armstrong called Fistfull of Flowers, I have coloured her with Promarkers, I used one of my Tonic Oval dies to cut her out and frame her, I used HunkyDory Peach Adorable Scoreable card stock as the A5 base card, I used my Craft Buddy embosser to emboss the lines (if you look closely you may see them) I added an odd piece of patterned paper then added Hobby House die cut flowers and butterfly finally I added a stamped sentiment and small resin flower

I have been doing a lot of colouring over the last several months and have managed to make some cards but not always.  I have loads of coloured images and try to create something with them when I can, obviously some of the cards are themed for Easter /Spring which is why I am posting quite a bit at the moment also my main objective with the items I make is to try and support as many challenges as I can I hate to see so many close down after so much work has been put in to running them I realise that in today's climate with all the rules and regs it is getting more and more difficult for DT's and the administrators I have always admired the people that battle on year after year, month after month I would like to say a big thank you to all.

LOST IN NATURE

 My card today features another new digital image from Cute Bee Designs this one is called Eostre Holding a Bunny,  quite an intricate image with all the flowers. However, I have now amassed quite a few Promarker sets, due to my others drying out, I started my colouring with these markers but then moved on to other brands to try them out, so you could say I have come full circle as I am back to Promarkers and they colour beautifully, I have used soft peach spotted card stock and added some Hobby House Die Cut flowers that I found while clearing out my stuff

I have two cards to show and enter into some challenges, my fist card features a new digital image from Cute Bee called Stephanie Holding Peonies I have coloured her with Promarkers, Nuvo Markers and Copics, the papers are from my stash, I did some stencilling then stamped a sentiment and added some embellishments, I have used A5 Kraft card base I mounted both papers and image onto black card stock I used a border punch for the bottom frill

  My second card features a free digital image also from Moondrea Designs that can be found on Facebook, I coloured this little cutie with both Promarkers and Nuvo markers, the base lilac is card stock I also added a stamped sentiment and some embellishments, my photos do not look as vibrant as they are in real life maybe I will have to change my position when taking snaps.
