This is my DT card using a Chocolate Baroque Stamp called 

LIFE IS WONDERFUL 

I went for the Autumnal look with greens, brown and purple, 

I coloured this beauty with Nuvo markers and distressed the edges of the image with TH Expresso ink, the papers are from my stash, I added some pearls, punched butterflies and stamped sentiment.

 Good morning today we have a new challenge for you to try at

Stamp Addicts is a family run business based in Bedfordshire and have been in business since 1992. We have watched the popularity of rubber stamping and all papercrafts steadily increase over time and now manufacture our own branded rubber stamps which frequently feature on Hochanda TV as well as craft shows across the UK.

For my card I used a Phill Martin Stamp called On Safari I have had this for some time but this is the first time I have inked it up.

I stamped the image in Versafine Onyx mounted it onto black cardstock then mounted it onto a DL card I added a sentiment

Many thanks for your comments on my previous posts and some have been asking about how my brother got on at his appointment........

Well he didn't see a doctor he saw a nurse who could not understand why the operation did not get approval, although his legs are bad she thought they were ok..........duh........he was told he would be referred to a Dermatologist at the Hospital.........who knows when that will be, until then he has to just carry on with the cream and the pain.

I will see you all later I am having a day at home hopefully creating new art for you all to see in my upcoming DT postings.

My partner has gone fishing for the day, I managed to complete all the tasks possible at my mums and I know that they will be ok until I see them tomorrow.

I had so much fun colouring this image up with my Nuvo markers, I have used the star card shape which I have fallen in love with, the papers are from my stash I have also used several new dies and added a punched butterfly and some small pearl flowers.

MIXED BAG

 Good morning all, I have two DT cards to share with you all I am a bit early as my brother has an appointment with the doctor at 9.00 am so I have to go and look after mum.

My first card is for 

THE PAPER SHELTER

I have used the image 

MY FAVOURITE VET/PET

I have printed the image out 3 times it has been cut out and I have decoupaged it with silicone glue, I added some liquid pearls and a stamped sentiment.

My second card is for 

CHING-CHU KUIK FB CHALLENGE

I have coloured her with a mix of Nuvo and Copic markers the papers are from my stash I added some buttons and sparkly punched butterflies.

SINGING MICE

 Hi I have just finished this Christmas card I have used an image that I thought was from Di's Digital Stamps but cannot find it in the store so maybe it is so old that I have put it in the wrong files.

I coloured the image with Nuvo and Graphic markers the papers are Nitwits, I added some liquid pearls for the snow, a stamped sentiment and some punched Snowflakes and twine bow

 Hi all, today I have a card to share and enter into some challenges.

I have used one of my older rubber Bildmalarna Stamp called 'Rake' I coloured her with both Nuvo and Copic markers, the papers are Nitwits, I also added a stamped sentiment, liquid pearls and punched butterflies.

(I have gone for straight edges i.e. squares I have always had a thing about everything must look square on especially in my home everything as to be set just right no angles as it makes me feel uncomfortable, I have always been like that)

STANDING PRETTY IN PINK

 Good morning, today I would like to share my Conie Fong GDT card with you I have used the image

STANDING PRETTY

I have coloured her with both Nuvo and Copic markers, I have used my Tattered Lace dies to cut both the image and stamped sentiment out, I have also used my Crafters Companion Corner die and an embossing folder I then added a double organza bow and some liquid pearls.

I will be visiting everyone soon but thank you to everyone that has left me such wonderful comments.

I am off to my mums as usual I am cooking the roast dinner today and probably do some gardening.

I was a little upset this week, my brother, who my mum lives with, has been in pain for some time with his legs, he has been waiting for a hip replacement.  Unfortunately the pandemic arose and everything was put on hold.  He has also some very bad skin issues on the bottom of his legs, his mobility is limited and I try to do as much for him as I can on a daily basis.  

He has been asking the doctors for some time for some anti-biotics and if they could do something to help clear the skin issues but it wasn't until he got a leg infection that they gave him some medication otherwise he was just told to put some cream on, which he has been doing religiously, all he wants is to be able to go for walks and be 'normal' and active again.

He visited the nurse at the surgery a couple of weeks ago and was told that his legs were well enough to enable him to have the hip replacement, even though she could not get a vein to get blood with his skin being so hard, obviously he was over the moon and so hopeful, he then received notification that he could have the operation in October after a pre op assessment..........he went for this assessment at the hospital on Thursday and was told that there was no way they could operate with his legs being is such a bad condition.  They told him he needed to see the doctor face to face and get a referral to a dermatologist.  

Before he got home from the appointment the doctors surgery had rang, they had received an e-mail from the hospital. 

My brother was then informed by the surgery that he had to speak on the phone to the doctor before he could make an appointment.  Needless to say the operation is not going to happen anytime soon and he has to suffer the pain for longer.

I was so upset for him and so very angry, I feel that COVID is now being used as an excuse not a reason.

Sorry for this outburst but I feel so hopeless and so very, very angry.
