Sew Many Challenge

Here is my DT card

I have used an image that is a first for me, this little girl giving Jovi a cuddle, I think this image shows the love this little girl has for her friend.

I have coloured them with promarkers, I have used one of the new Tartan bp available from Crafty Ann's Digi Shop. The flowers I made myself but left them more crinkled and just rubbed the edges randomly with Momento Black ink, I think they look like Carnations.

Sew Many Challenges GDT card

Hi all hope you are well. Today is the launch of a new challenge at Sew Many Challenges and this week I am not only a Guest DT but I got to choose the theme which is 'Let's Punch It' and I really, really hope you will join in with us.

This is my GDT card using Hershey crafting which I thought was an apt image to use for the theme lol.  For the base card I used the cm side of my Hougie board and embossed it into squares, I also used my MS triple butterfly punch and trellis deep edge punch the flowers I used my small retro flower punch and a Nellie Snellen Asian Die cut.  I really love the chocolate and orange colour combo which is what I have used here.  so you can see I have incorporated quite a few punched items.  I do hope you like it and your comments and feedback really help me with my work.  Hugs to all and see you later.

Sew Many Challenges

Hi everyone first I want to thank you for your comments and support of my work secondly I apologise for not visiting you the last couple of days but I will be rectifying that today lol.

This is my card for this weeks challenge at Sew Many Challenges they are having a blog hop with prizes so if you haven't visited them yet head over there now.

The theme is to use three techniques I have done a stepper card which again is my first but thanks to my new Hougie Board I can now do multi scoring without moving the card, I believe it is the UK version of Martha Stewart and Scor Pal. I have used ink distressing on the punched parts using Tim Holtz Old Paper ink I have also done some stamping on the first fold with Marvey pink colours.  The butterfly image was a freebie this week from Sew Many Challenges which I printed then cut out and mounted 3d with silicone glue onto Nestie Scallop circles.  I hope you like it hugs to all and see you later.

Sew Many Challenges

Hi everyone this is my card for this weeks Sew Many Challenges this week is to make a card based on a Love theme, and is also part of their fabulous Blog Hop, have you been on it yet? I recommend it there are prizes galore to win. The card cannot be entered into any other challenge as this is part of the blog hop and there are some fantastic prices to be won.

Last week I was so thrilled to have been chosen as one of the grand winners and won five of these wonderful images, I also got a winners button in my side bar plus I was asked if I would like to be a guest designer for a week, how great is that.

Well a first for me is that the verse on the front I actually wrote myself and I am quite proud of it, I had gone to bed in the early hours but couldn't sleep, both is normal for me, but I kept thinking of the card I wanted to make for this challenge and I started making up a verse before I forgot it I ran down stairs and wrote it down it reads:

My Heart Forever Belongs To Thee

Lock the Lock and Take The Key

We will Be together Forever My Love

Lets ask for a Blessing from the Lord Above.

Well onto the rest of the card I used Kanban papers, added some silver corner stickers, a couple of buttons with grey ribbon and some punched daisies.  Now the main image is Jovi the Jackrabbit, I adore her, also the lock and key which was a freebie I coloured them both with pro markers and cut them out I then used my Nesties and cut some circles, put them through the Cuttle Bug using the Rose embossing folder and here is the finished product I do hope you like Hugs to all and hopefully see you later.

Sugar Sweet Jovi

Hello everyone aren't you glad that the snow has gone.....I am.

This is a card I have made for the Sew Many Challenges site and I have used Jovi again..  I absolutely love this image and is available along with other Sew Many Animals to purchase as Digital images.  I found this site while blog hopping and already have several of their digi's they are so cute.

I decided to use this weeks sketch from Mercy's Tuesday Sketches #56 (MTSC56) I have coloured Jovi with pro markers added a few flowers and sentiment the papers I think are Bearlymine I hope you like it hugs to all.
