For my DT card I have used an old wood mounted stamp not sure where I got it from or whose it is but I have had it for many years.

I stamped the image with Versafine Onyx then actually water coloured it using Tim Holtz distressed inks I am afraid it looks a little insipid on here but in real life it is quite lovely

I stenciled the background added punched snowflakes, stamped sentiment and a bow

For my second card I used another stamp that has not seen the light of day for some years, it is one from Elizabeth Bell I think it is called Candle Light

I stamped her and coloured her with Copics, then cut out the image with a shaped die, I also used die cut stars and punched snowflakes, the papers are from my stash

Sorry I have not been around these last few days, on Thursday my brother and I found out that the current care company has cancelled my mums care package, a gentleman visited us that day to aske numerous questions to try and put a new package in for Monday.

Fortunately he arrived while the two carers and the OT were with mum so he could get some information from them, unfortunately there were more people around than normal and mum got worried and agitated.

Not knowing how things are going to work out and any new team will need our guidance to start with, I may be MIA on and off, I had great sadness to drop 3 of the DT teams I served on they have been so kind and understanding, I am going to fit my crafting in but I do not want to let anyone down by promising that I can complete a project then fail.

A little bit of good news is that mum and brother are finally having their COVID boosters on Monday.

Things are not good at the moment there seems to be so much stress around and I am not a fan of the festive season I am hoping that I can keep on top of my depression as I need to stay strong for my mum and bro.

I want to thank everyone for popping by and supporting me even when I am not around, I normally like to repay your kindness I will endeavor to do some visiting a little late until the please take care and stay safe

ADU NEW RELEASES

Hi all, today is the time to show off the new releases from

ALL DRESSED UP

I was given this little cutie to work with it is called

CHRISTMAS PET

I coloured him with a mix of markers, the papers are from my stash I cut out the 'bauble' circles with my cutter and added some punched snowflakes and added a stamped sentiment.

DRAGONFLY DREAMS AND MORE

 Good morning, today I have a few cards to share with you the first one is for our

ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE 

at

DRAGONFLY DREAMS

The main post did not go live has planned yesterday so the teams are posting their cards today, well at least I am, 

I made a Star Card the topper and patterned papers/card stock are Debbie Moore Designs I used an 8" x 8" base card I have added black lace punched butterfly and some pearls.

My next card is one I made last week I had printed off some of my Bearly Mine papers in purple, I found this digi image that I had printed off several weeks ago and thought that I would colour her up using purples, I used my circle cutter and added a silk double bow, I didn't feel that this card needed any extra embellishments as I wanted the papers to be more visible,

My third and final card for today features a digi image that I have had for many years called Winter Delivery, I found it in a folder unmarked so if anyone knows which company it came from please let me know I think it might be Chrissy Armstrong, I coloured the image with a mix of markers, the papers are a mix of Nitwits and something else, I cut the bauble circles out with my circle cutter, I added a die cut snowflake and some punched snowflakes the sentiment is an old wooden mounted stamp from years ago, once again I cut the wave freehand with a craft knife.

WE LOVE STAMPING

 Good morning, today is the start of our new challenge at 

WE LOVE STAMPING 

the theme is 

ANYTHING GOES WITH THE OPTION OF CAS

I decided to go for the CAS option

not often I make this type of card but I just had the vision in my mind and the stamp to go with it

I used my Spellbinders 3D Poinsettia stamp that I have had for some years, I used my Onyx Versafine ink pad I added a little glitter to the centre, then used my scalloped circle die cuts the red card is glitter card, I added a sentiment and some red and white twine.
