Here is my DT card

For my interpretation of New Beginnings I thought that I would use my brand new stamp that I won at Pixie Cottage also the papers which are Basic Grey.

I coloured the image with Copics then mounted onto red card, I have added gems, pearls, flowers and sentiment.

SIR STAMPALOT JANUARY BLOG HOP

Hi today is not only the launch of our new challenge but also a Blog Hop.

Our challenge theme for January which will run for the the whole month as usual is:

We would like you to take inspiration from Queens 1995 hit song title or if you prefer Shakespeare's slant on things, as always how you interpret it is completely your choice. All we ask is that you have fun and of course remember the rules and that you can combine your entry with up to five other challenges.

Here is my DT card showing my interpretation of this months challenge theme

For my card I have used an Elusive Images dp the image is a fir tree stamp which I bought a few years ago, I stamped it several times with Momento London Fog ink, I then used the circle scalloped Nestie to make a frame which I embossed with the snow effect folder, I added some blue gems and silver holographic punched butterflies.

Crafty Ann's Challenge #31

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL

Today we have a new challenge for you to try out at

Crafty Ann's

The theme is called Same but Different

Crafty Ann has created the most beautiful Digi Image and, for this challenge only, is giving it as a FREEBIE

this image must be used on the card/project you enter into the challenge.

You can use any colour scheme, any layout and any embellishments of your choosing but the FREEBIE must be used as well.

Here is my DT card to give you (I hope) a little inspiration.

 I used a 6x6 white card stock, the one half of the page I cut in half, I then added some of my new Basic Grey papers, I used my MS border punch to create the lace effect of the edges I added some ribbon and the FREEBIE, a Paradise Island in the shape of an Egg, what a brilliant creator Crafty Ann is. 

I actually printed the egg out three times and decoupaged I coloured it with Prisma pencils then mounted it onto an oval scalloped Nestie then added some clear bling gems.

I do hope that you will go collect the FREEBIE and come join us at Crafty Ann's.

Meljen New Releases December

Hi all today sees the release of some beautiful Meljen Digi Images and I have just two of them to show you.  All Meljen Images are available exclusively from Whimsy Stamps so if you want to go have a browse then just click HERE

Here are my cards

The first one I have used the 'Yeti' image I think he is a real darling. I have coloured him with a mixture of Prisma pencils and Copics, the papers are a mixture of Basic Grey and Papermania V&A collection.

The second card I have used the cup cake image which I have coloured with Copics.  I decided to make a cross over card and this is a 3x3 size and it looks real cute.  I have used a mixture of papers, Basic Grey and Papermania capsule collection.

I added some brocade trim and a sentiment. 

Apologises for the picture quality the light is quite poor at the moment, I hope you have enjoyed viewing my cards and don't forget to go have a browse at the images both new and old.

I am entering both these into the challenge over at Party Time Tuesdays the theme being Anything Goes Birthday.

Here is my DT card which I am also entering into this weeks challenge at

  Delicious Doodles the theme 'Purple Reign' 

I have used an image from The Stamp Fairy.Com coloured with Copics, the flowers I added Cosmic Lilac Twinkles to. The paper is Basic Grey (I think), the corners and scalloped circle are purple mirri card, I have added some flowers, card candy and a sentiment from Mark's Finest.

I have made this next card for the challenge at Pixie Cottage using the sketch.

I was very lucky and very proud to have won one of the challenges at Pixie Cottage and I got to choose two stamps of my choice and this is one of the ones that I picked.  They came all the way from the USA just in time for Christmas and I am so happy to have been able to ink this one up.

I really enjoyed colouring this image in with Copics, the papers I believe are all K&Co, I added some lace and pearls also a sentiment.

I am also entering this one into the challenge at Charisma Cards the theme being Pearls and Lace. and finally into the challenge at Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
