I LOVE...........AT ALLSORTS

 Good morning, today is the start of our new challenge at

ALLSORTS

This week it is Lyn who has chosen the theme

I LOVE.......

We have two prizes this week the first one is a £15 voucher from 

HELPING HANDS

the second is a TIM HOLTZ Die On The Edge of Pennants 

For my DT card I chose to use a Hetty Clare image as I love Horses (animals) and Christmas 

I coloured the image with Nuvo markers and used my Tattered Lace die frames to cut it out and layered it, I used some papers from my stash a die cut Poinsettia and Snowflake, I added some liquid pearls and a stamped sentiment, the blue triangle has been embossed with a Christmas embossing folder.

GEORGE CHRSTMAS TREE HAT

 Good morning before I start on my card I wanted to thank you all for leaving me such kind and supportive comments on my last post, my blogging buddies of old know that I rarely mention anything but my card when I post but it was nice to be able to share my 'mood' with you, everyone is so understanding and I know that I am not alone in how I am feeling at the moment, as the song goes Things Can Only Get Better' right.

My card today features a new image that I recently purchased from Twistoon Stamps this one is called 'George Christmas Tree Hat' Lisa Twistoon regularly shows her new drawings of images on Facebook.

I coloured George in blue with a mix of Nuvo and Copic markers, I also added some sparkle by way of a gel pen in green, I used non shed glitter card and embossed mirri card for mounting both the image and my inside base paper on, the flowers in red are felt die cuts, I also punched out some snowflakes from the blue mirri card both the sparkle and the mirri card really shows up in real life, I am quite pleased with this make. I also added a stamped sentiment on the inside.

ACTIVITY, HOBBY OR JOB PLUS A TOUCH OF AUTUMN

 Good morning today we have a new challenge for you to try at

THE PAPER SHELTER

the theme is

HOBBIES, ACTIVITY, JOB

I chose to use the image 

BALLERINA

I used my MCS programme to impose the PNG image onto the backing paper then coloured her in with Nuvo and Copic markers I added liquid pearls and a bouquet of flowers.

My next card I have gone with the Autumn theme I recently bought this image from Twistoon she is called Milly Autumn Winds 

I coloured her with both Nuvo and Copic markers I added some pearls and die cut leaves.

I feel as if I am losing my mojo I am not really happy with my colouring at the moment, maybe I am trying too hard, I have purchased a couple of colouring classes from Kit and Clowder and hope to improve my skills over time.

I am off to my mums today as usual I have to give her a bit of pampering doing her nails etc, I hope that you all have a great day, take care and stay safe.
