Frog under a Leaf

Hi all well what a day I am gradually drifting down off my cloud but still feel on a high after all the wonderful things that have happened to me today.  I have actually managed to make a card tonight although I didn't think I would be able to settle down lol.

This is a free image that I got from Doodle Palace after becoming a follower and visiting their Digi Store which is fabby.  Once you have done that they will e-mail you, for free, the stamp of your choice from the selection available so you can make a card then they visit your blog and you get stamped as 'cute', nice one hey.  

All the images were great and it was difficult to choose but I opted for the frog with a leaf and he looks not only cute but happy which depicts how I feel at the moment.  I have coloured him with promarkers and mounted him on one of my Funky Fairy mats I used some papermania backing paper and added some flora doodles and a sentiment hope you like it.  Hugs to you all.

I Can't Believe it.....

I must be one of the luckiest people about today and I am so happy I could burst and its all down to my fabulous blogging buddies.  What am I rabbiting on about I hear you ask....well I have been given this gorgeous award by Susie for starters, for the main course I have won Lora's candy and for dessert blogging buddy Kym came to my rescue with the computer problems and I am now sorted.  I now know the meaning of living on Cloud Nine and tell you what its an awesome feeling but then you all make this possible for me and I will never ever be able to say enough other than 'THANK YOU'. It is only a small word but it means an awful lot.  Ooooo I am overcome with emotion........what a fab day this has turned out to be and I love you all.  

Ok now to pass the award onto some of you fab blogging buddies and I find that this is always the hardest decision I have to make.  In fact because I am feeling and living on cloud nine I cannot choose because your blogs are all so awesome and I find so much joy and inspiration from you all and that there are probably some who have already got this award that I will say to any of my listed fab followers please accept this award and show it with pride as I will do.

Stamptacular Challenge

Hi all hope you are all having a great day and I want to say thank you for all your lovely comments on my cards that I managed to post last night before I got thrown out again.....and I did. I finally gave up and decided to make this card for this weeks Stamptacular Sunday Challenge the requirement being to use Charms on the card. I have gone a bit dramatic again with this one and have used my Stamp Addicts Flower mask I normally use embossing powder but decided to stamp with Versafine Onyx Black ink this time for a change. I have coloured both images with Sakura Gelly Roll pens for a bit of substance and shine. The backing paper is from Elusive Images I added a couple of flowers and ribbons and of course a charm that dangles from the top mask. Sketch Saturday Challenge

Hi sorry I am being so quick with these but I frightened of being thrown out again and I don't think I could face that again tonight so this is my entry for this weeks Sketch Saturday. I love this sketch and have used a Wendy Rhodes stamp never before inked I have coloured it this time using Sakura Gel Pens the background paper is from MIC and is handmade. Hope you like it and apologies for the haste. Please check out my other posts that I have also put on tonight lol. I have managed to leave comments on most of the blogs I follow but after being thrown out several times I changed tack hope you don't think I am being selfish by posting my challenge cards instead of returning to the blogs. A Spoonful Of Sugar Challenge 49

This is my entry for this weeks Spoonful of Sugar Challenge the theme being Blue and Green which I think is a lovely combination. I have used a Sugar Nellie Stamp 'Fingers Crossed' one of Jak's free flowers and a sentiment I also added a couple of charms for an extra effect. Hugs

Just Magnolia No2 Pink & Green

Hi I am doing a quickie just in case I get thrown out again it will be about the seventh time today grrrr. Ok this is my entry for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge the theme being Pink & Green I have added a few butterflies and flowers some ribbon and a sentiment and although I love all Tilda's this is one of my fave's. A First For Me

Hi all still having problems with the Internet so I may not be around for long at this rate. I was quite happily leaving comments on your blogs when it all stuck again and closed itself down grrrrr. Do you know when I was retired from work I had been using computers for some years and because of the problems we encountered on a regular basis which were always very inconvenient to say the least I vowed that I would never ever buy a computer haha well I did and I am not sorry because I have met you lovely people/friends but this Internet problem is making me feel quite evil lol. Anyway onto the card this is my very first entry to the Scrappy Frogs challenge (logo in sidebar) which is based on a theme of 'Its Spring' so I have used a digital stamp and a couple of Jaks flowers. Hanging on the Telephone...

no not blonde but Vicki this is the second card I made with the new digital stamp 'Vicki on the Phone'. I had mega computer problems last night and had to turn everything off so I couldn't do any of the things that I wanted but I did end up making a few cards for challenges which I will hopefully be able to post later I hope you are well and enjoying your day Hugs Lorraine x

Vicki Goes Shopping

Hi everyone, not very nice this morning here in Glos its cold and raining the rabbit is sulking because he has to stay in his cage today. I just popped on quick to show you this card which I have made for my mum to give to her granddaughter. Its a new Digi-Stamp from Sketching Stamper Digi-Stamps and its Vicki I also have Vicky on the phone and will show that card later. I love this range of Digi Stamps as they are perfect for young teenage girls hope you agree.
