Tilda X 2 Christmas Card

Today I have a card to show you that I have been making for the last couple of days, it is an 8x8 Octagonal Pearl card which started off as an A3 Centura Pearlescent card, I used one of my boards to emboss the shape.

The papers are from Bearly Mine Designs, Simply Dots and Christmas Wishes sets.

I used the same board to emboss the design of the smaller Octagons then mounted them onto gold linen textured card, the large Octagon I have used gold stickers around the edge.

I used Marianne die cuts for the snowflakes and tree, the central shape is a felt embellishment that I bought a while ago.  The brown snowflakes I used a similar brown felt. I have used two Tilda's a large one and one of my mini ones, the sentiment is also an older stamp from many moons ago.

Finally I added spotty ribbon, flower and pearls.

For the first time ever I have actually completed the inside of a card I used the same paper as on the front of the card, I had stamped another larger Tilda cut her out and put her on the inside with the verse.  The Tilda images have all been coloured with promarkers.

Here is my DT project using an older Paper Shelter image called

Teddy Bear With Flower

I have coloured both images with promarkers then cut them out, I made another cracker in black and silver rose holographic card, I added pink pearls white organza bows and roses, the card is also made using the same card I added some pink pearl card to the inside and mounted the same oval shape as on the front, I sliced the front of the card in half.  The oval is a Sizzix frame die that I have had for some years but has tucked it away. I used silver linen textured card for the centre to mount the image. I added some flowers and a Dufex Birthday Wishes sentiment.

Here is my DT card using papers from the Christmas Set-Christmas lights

This card did not turn out as I envisaged but I like it, I hope that you do as well.

I have gone for a green and pink colours theme and used one of my much older Tilda Stamps, this was one of the first ones I ever bought, I have coloured her with promarkers then cut her out and 3'd her to the card, I added green organza ribbon, die cut tree, snowflake charm and a stamped sentiment.

Hi all our new weekly challenge has started the theme is die cuts and /or punches

here is my DT card using an image from sheet no: 356

I have gone for a red and brown theme for my card I have coloured the gorgeous image with promarkers, the die cuts I have used are the TH butterfly edge, SU flowers and a SU corner punch, I have added some Viva Decor and flower pearls.
