One Stop Craft Challenge #85 DT Card

Hi all today we have a new challenge for you at OSCC 

but before I get onto the details I would like to thank you all for joining us for the sketch challenge, the entries were brilliant you are all so creative and talented.

So onto our theme this week we would like to see your cards/projects with the following in mind which is

One for The Boys

For my card I chose to work with this little dude I think he is a real cutie lol.

I think I have made more male cards these last few weeks than I have ever done but I must be honest and say that I am beginning to enjoy it not only that, they will be coming in so useful for all the males in the family.  The next time my mum says "Oh Lor make me a card for so and so" I will be able to say "I have already got one made for you" lol.  

Anyway about my card which I have kept CAS, I have used Copics to colour the image the papers are a mix I added some card candy and a ticket sentiment available from Crafty Ann's Digi shop.  

I recommend visiting the other DT blogs as their work is amazing.

Chi Chi Memories 4th July DT Card

Hi all this is my first post of the day and this card I have made for the July 4th Celebrations but this image can be used for any occasion and available from Chi Chi Memories.

I have used the balloon and little bear image for my card, if you remember we wanted you to suggest a name for this little bear you will be seeing him popping up in the future so keep an eye open for him.

I have used Chi Chi Memories backing paper which comes in a set of several digi papers I added some corners and little shiny stars, I have cut the rectangle from a scalloped Nestie and it is a type of holographic card which has a lovely shimmer to it.  The image I coloured with Sakura glaze pens giving it a sheen.

So it's up, up and away for the little teddy who needs a name lol.

Pixie Cottage Challenge

Hi all I didn't really want to inundate you with cards today but this I made the other day for the Pixie Cottage Challenge based on their sketch. My memory being as bad as it is if I left it to long I will miss the challenge so I thought you might like to see it.

The papers are a mixture the image is 'Daisy' from Sugar Nellie I have coloured her with my new Nellie Snellen watercolour pencils a real bargain at £4.99 for 24 I used paper stump and Sansodor to blend.  The flower I punched from the same paper used on the card I added some butterflies, card candy and adhesive ribbon.

Sew Many Challenges #18

Well this is my third posting of the day please scroll down to view my other DT work.

Today is also the start of a new challenge at Sew Many Challenges and this week we would like to see you create a Multi Fold Card with a Military Theme.

Here is my card which I hope will inspire you a little.

I decided to use this cute little image called Army Baby available HERE I think he looks adorable dressed up in army clothes. I also decided to make a Joy Fold card and have used SU papers, scalloped Nestie, card candy I coloured the image with pro markers I then had an idea and used my tag punch to create a couple of dog tags.

This is a view of the inside which again is the same image but I reduced it much smaller added a sentiment.

This is the view from above I found it a bit difficult to take pictures showing the card but I hope you get the general picture.

Crafty Ann's Challenge #17

Today is a start of a new challenge at Crafty Ann's and the theme this week is Embossing either using the Cuttlebug or Heat gun whatever takes your fancy.

For my card I have used one of the pre-coloured flower sheets from Crafty Ann's Digi Shop the bp is also a new range from the digi shop I have added ribbon and MS punch for the trellis work the ticket is also Crafty Ann's I have embossed the silver mirror card with my butterfly embossing folder.

Friday Fun at Fairy Knoll #3

Hi all today we have a new challenge and a new sketch for you to play with at Friday Fun at Fairy Knoll.

Here is the sketch

And here is my card.

I have once again used the image of Bianca but enlarged it then cut out the top part with my scalloped Nestie. The papers are from Kaiser called La-Di-Da Collection I have coloured the image with Copics and used the MS punch for the two lace effect ribbons I also added a butterfly.

Chi Chi Memories #8 Sketch Challenge

Time goes so fast these days already it is time for a new Sketch Challenge at Chi Chi Memories I hope you will be able to join us as there is a chance of winning a free stamp and there are some real beauties available.

For my DT card I opted for this little cutie from the Sunshine Set.

I have coloured the image with promarkers the papers are SU I have added some red gingham ribbon and punched the top and bottom with a MS border punch the ticket sentiment is from Crafty Ann's Digi Shop I have mounted this little dude onto red mirror card cut with a scalloped Nestie.

For my card I have used a mix of papers from my stash, the image is Tayla Fishing available from Sew Many Cards, I have coloured him with promarkers and I think he has caught a Red Herring lol....I have added a selection of different coloured buttons.  

I am not into Father's Day as my dad died over 30 years ago and being a single parent the need doesn't arise but I do have five brothers and a huge number of nephews so this will come in very handy lol.

Digital Tuesday Challenge#63 DT Card

Hi all it is the start of a new challenge at Digital Tuesday and this weeks theme chosen by lovely Anneka is to make an Easel Card.

I know that the easel card fold is now so very popular and I have seem many beautiful creations and I am truly hoping to see lots, lots more this week lol.

I have used a mixture of paper from my ever growing pile the image is from Maljen's coloured with Copics I have added some gingham ribbon, flowers, gems and card candy.

Two cards Multi Challenges

Hi all I have two cards to show the first one is for the following challenges:

Penny Black - Sketch

I have been sorting through my stamps and finally found this one which I bought some time ago from USA this is the first time I have inked it and what a delight it was to colour. I think this is a 'happy' image it certainly made me feel happy when I had coloured her. the stamp is a Penny Black and I believe one of the old images and I love anything old I am a bit of a vintage freak lol.

I have coloured this little beauty with Copics the papers are Bearlymine I added some flowers, lace and butterflies which I have added some diamond stickles to highlight.

Here is a closer look of the flowers oh and I added some card candy in the corner.

I have used the sketch from Fussy n Fancy for my card the images are Judikins African Cube which shows scenes of the Serengeti.  I stamped the images with my SU Razzleberry ink pad I didn't colour them in as I wanted to show the detail of each image.

I cut them out with scalloped Nestie's, the paper is K&Co, the card stock and ribbon is also SU I punched the top border with a MS punch added some buttons and card candy.

GDT for Corrosive Challenges

Hi all this is my second GDT card for this weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge Blog which is based on a sketch

Here is my card

For my card I have flipped the sketch to incorporate this image which is a Whiff of Joy Digi.

I have coloured with promarkers and used chalks for the sky, I have added some flowers, lace and for the first time ever I have created a pleated ribbon, the bp are Bearlymine, I think as I printed this sheet off some time ago.
