Two Cards One Post

 These cards I made yesterday for some challenges:

This first card I am entering into the challenges at:

 For my first card I have used Basic Grey papers a Sugar and Spice image from Charmed Crafts, flowers are from Wild Orchid I have also punched some swirls and butterflies also added some Cosmic Shimmer Silver Twinkles.

 My second card I have used one of my new stamps from LOTV and I love it.  I have used K&Co papers this time added some lace and ribbon the flowers are Cherry Blossom from Wild Orchid the image I have coloured with copics and added some Flower Soft for the trailing blossoms this one I am entering into the following challenges

A DT Finale

This is my final DT card for Prairie Fairy Friday.......a sad time for me but I have been so proud to have worked with Roberta and the other DT members a great experience for sure.

This is the card I have made for this weeks Prairie Fairy Challenge which requires the use of Twigs or wood of some sort on your project.  I have actually used some small twigs from my garden.

The image of course is Prairie Fairy and you can get this one plus many more at Prairie Fairy.

I have coloured the image with Copics cut the twigs and placed them on the nest the papers are a mixture of Papermania and SU I added some raffia type ribbon and a couple of Cherry Blossom from Wild Orchid i am also entering this into this weeks Pixie Cottage Challenge based on a sketch.

Chi Chi Memories Sunshine

Hi all this is my DT project for Chi Chi Memories and this is adorable image is from the newly released Sunshine set and I love it the set has both the girl and boy with the sun as well so pop over and have a gander they are gorgeous.  

I am always struggling to make cards for the men/boys and it is fab to have these to play with, I decided to make another door hanger using DCWV card added some ribbon and buttons the image I printed twice so I could decoupage him I have used Copics to colour him, the sun I copied three times then coloured them with Sakura yellow Gelly Roll pen to give a shine.  I hope you like it hugs to all see you later.

Sir Stampalot Challenge #2 DT Card

Morning folks it is the start of Sir Stampalot second monthly challenge today and another whopper of a prize for the winning entry...here it is

Included in this magnificent prize is the Tim Holtz new Compendium book and has actually been signed by the man himself there is also stamps, embossing powders, DVD and the list goes on.

So our challenge this month is

 BUTTERFLIES AND BLOSSOMS

and here is my DT card

For my card I have used an 8x8 base card and a Serendipity stamp of Lilac and butterfly I stamped and coloured the image twice then punched out parts of the second image mounted them onto scalloped Nesties sprinkled with Amazing Glaze and embossed so in real life there is a shine on them.  The main image had been coloured with promarkers the butterfly part of the stamp I stamped three times so I could layer it up the sentiment is also from Serendipity. I used a MS punch for the corners and for the strip along the centre the bp is DCWV Butterflies and Blossoms pad I also attached lilac corners and a bow.  Unfortunately the lilac looks blue on the photo but not in real life.  I hope you can come join us again this month the entries for our first challenge was pure quality.

My new release image is Majick the Miniature Horse and here he is

I have digitally created two of Majick so he wouldn't feel lonely on his début I have then created a background for him using my MCS graphics. Once I had done this I mounted the image onto mount-board to give some depth then adhered some gold lame ribbon to make it look like a miniature wall hanging.

I decided to use an 8x8 card on which I mounted some green card stamped with a swirl stamp the two panels are from Joanna Sheen, Majick has been coloured with Copics I have added ribbon and some flowers.

Couple of Projects

 Morning everyone today I thought I would show you a few pictures of the projects I have just completed for some challenges.

My first picture shows the two projects together the pink one is a stationery box the second is an easel card 4 drawer box.

Crafty Angels - Summer - Easel Card 4 Box Drawers

 Ok for my Easel 4 Drawer Box Card I used the same tutorial as I did for my Easter one but this time I created an Easel Card on the top.  I have used Basic Grey Papers, scalloped oval Nestie, lace, flowers and gems Tilda has been coloured with Copics.

 

 This staionery box I have wanted to create for many weeks and finally managed to spend the time doing this one last night early hours of the morning. I followed a tutorial on You Tube and have used a 12x12 sheet of card for the bottom half which has been stamped with a Magnolia Swirl stamp the top I have used a metallic card with Basic Grey paper grosgrain ribbon and some flat flowers from Wild Orchid.

 The picture below shows the inside which will hold 6x6 square cards, tages and 3x3 little cards the 3x3 cards I have stamped using a SU stamp the tags I stamped the corners with a branch stamp.

 I hope you like what I have done here and that maybe will inspire you to create something a little different. I will be loading a new page so that I put all the links to tutorials for you to see but I have to work out how to do it first as blogger seems to be making changes on a regular daily basis at the moment lol. Digital Tuesday Challenge #56

It's time for a new challenge at Digital Tuesday this week and our sponsor is the one and only Some Odd Girl.

Our theme is 'Anything But A Card'

For my DT project I decided to make a door hanger and use the Some Odd Girl Image Mae which was a freebie and a much loved one as well lol.

I have used DCWV bp from the Blossom and Butterfly pad the circle I cut using a scalloped Nestie the image I coloured with Copics added some flowers and also added an extra dangler at the bottom using the punched out circles from the top.

Sunny Days with Chi Chi Memories

Hi everyone hope you are well and have had an enjoyable weekend.

There has been a new 'Sunny Days' set released at Chi Chi Memories and this little girl is only one of the set and isn't she beautiful with her parasol.

I have coloured the image with Copics cut her out and mounted her with silicone the bp is DCWV Blossoms and Butterflies which I thought was apt for this beautiful weather we are having.

I added some cherry blossom flowers from Wild Orchid and punched out some butterflies on gold holographic mirror card I also added a wide pink satin ribbon tied in a big bow.

There is a little boy and a sun that comes with this set so to check it out visit Chi Chi Memories.

I am also entering this into this weeks Dare U 2 Digi Stamp the theme being 'flowers'.
