Corrosive Challenge GDT Card

Morning all today is the start of a new challenge at Corrosive Challenges and this is my last GDT card for them.  I have so enjoyed being their GDT for the month of June and I am sure the next GDT will enjoy it as much as I have.

The theme this week is Use Lots of Flowers which is not going to be to difficult as I know how much flowers bought or handmade mean to us lol.

Here is my card which I hope will give a little inspiration to you.

I have used an 8x8 white card base the digi image which, I am sure you will love, is called Poppy and is a new digi image available from Funky Kits.

The red and grey bp I created myself with the use of MCS graphics programme, a couple of weeks ago my Oriental Poppies were in full bloom, last year I had about two, this year I had over fourteen stems and they were a beautiful sight so I took some photos.  I reduced the photo then tiered it into the bp, the mirror card has been embossed with the butterfly embossing folder I added some ribbon, flowers and the 'poppy' word is a stamp from Joanna Sheen's Poppy Fairy collection.  The image I coloured with promarkers.

Here is a closer look at Poppy.

My friend who pops in for a cuppa said it looked like a strawberry....cheek...lol.

I also used the field of sky stamp around the image which I think looks like poppy seeds.

The theme is 

Black, White plus One other Colour 

Here is my card.

I have used a Whiff of Joy Digi Stamp coloured with a mixture of promarkers and Sakura Stardust pens, I chose blue as my other colour which you may of noticed lol.

The bp is Papermania I picked out just a few of the flowers and coloured them with the same pen as on the image.

I added ribbon and flowers, the blue card I used the butterflies embossing folder on the image I mounted onto black card then cut around with my deckle edged scissors.

GDT for Corrosive Challenges

Hi all this is my second GDT card for this weeks challenge at The Corrosive Challenge Blog which is based on a sketch

Here is my card

For my card I have flipped the sketch to incorporate this image which is a Whiff of Joy Digi.

I have coloured with promarkers and used chalks for the sky, I have added some flowers, lace and for the first time ever I have created a pleated ribbon, the bp are Bearlymine, I think as I printed this sheet off some time ago.

Corrosive Challenge GDT Card

Hi all it seems all go at the moment lol and I love it.

If you remember several weeks ago I won the challenge at Corrosive Challenges and part of the winning prize was to be a GDT for a whole month and the time has come for my GDT role.

This weeks challenge theme is to use Die Cuts on your card or project and here is my card.

I have used an 8x8 white card base the paper is Papermania V&A collection I added a ribbon, die cut butterfly, die cut flowers and a circle scalloped Nestie the blue I Cuttlebugged with Roses the white one I have stamped an Elusive Image flower stamp on with Olympia Green Versafine then coloured with Copics.  Along the length of ribbon I added pearl drops the sentiment is computer generated to finish it off I added some card candy. When my brother saw this one he grabbed it for his girlfriend for her birthday I think he has good taste lol.
