For my card I used Papermania flower paper mounted onto black card, I added a Spellbinder Splendid Circle die cut, Memory Box Poppy Die Cut, Butterfly punched with Tonic punch, black organza double bow, flowers, gems and one of my older Tilda stamps.  I stamped her with Momento ink and coloured with promarkers, I cut her out and 3'd her with silicone glue.

Rose's Dream and Petunia Parade No 2

Today is the day that the new releases from

BEARLY MINE DESIGNS

are available to buy

the two sets are

ROSE'S DREAM

 and 

PETUNIA PARADE.

I have made a couple of cards with these new papers the first card is using a paper from the Rose's Dream set, I have followed the sketch at Sunday Sketch and Stamp, the base paper is from the Bearly Mine Mini Dots set, I used my circle cutter for the darker green circle which is vellum, then pale green card then the Rose's Dream paper, I used my butterfly stamp inked and stamped it 3 times then cut it out and layered it, I coloured it with Copics, I then stamped a sentiment, finally I added some green gems.

My second card is using paper from the Petunia Parade, the base paper is from the Mini Dots set, the image is from Spesch Designer Stamps, which I won a few weeks ago, she is called princess and the frog, I coloured her with promarkers, rounded the corners and mounted her onto yellow card stock, I distressed the edges of the papers, added grosgrain ribbon sentiment, butterflies and gems.

The two new sets are below. 

PETUNIA PARADE NO 1

Hi all what a miserable day it is here in Gloucestershire, it is quite dull and dreary, oh and it is raining.  I thought I would help to try and cheer you (and me) up with this card that I made previewing just one of the new papers from BEARLY MINE DESIGNS that will be released this Friday 4th May.

This is an 8x8 card and I have used the colours of pink and green, the base paper is from Bearly Mine Micro Dots set, the second papers that I have used is one from the Petunia Parade set, I have mounted both papers onto pink card stock.

I have used my EK Success border punch for the bottom of each of the papers, I have also used a Marianne Butterfly Die cut and a Memory Box corner die cut. I have used two ribbons one of pink organza the second a green spotted ribbon, I made a double bow using the organza.  I have added pink and green gems and hat pins.

The stamped image I have not used for absolutely ages so I got her out and inked her up with Momento Black Tuxedo ink then coloured with Copics, I rounded off the corners then mounted her onto green card, finally I stamped a sentiment onto pink card stock and I think that is it.

Hi all today our new fortnightly challenge starts at

the theme is

MAKE IT MANLY 

Here is my card using an image and papers from the 1930's , the image reminds me a little of Paul Newman who was one of my many film idols from way back.

This is quite a simple card the base is a 6x6 Kraft card, I mounted both image and papers onto black card stock, I added punched corners to highlight the image added ribbon, card candy and a sentiment.

Bearly Mine New Releases
