Christmas Sports for Edwin

Hi all I didn't think I would be around for the next few days, I had toothache really bad and booked into the emergency dentist on Friday morning, it turned out that I had an infection in my sinus's which was affecting my teeth, I am now on a strong does of anti biotics, so I decided to sit down and make a card.

This is what I came up with I have used my Edwin on his sledge, I have used Basic Grey Nordic Holiday papers and paper pieced him, the rest of him I coloured with Copics, I added some snowflake brads for the corners, also die cut snowflakes and tree, I added a stamped sentiment and pearls, I used TH Blue Jeans Distress ink to distress around the image and sentiment.

I have coloured her with promarkers then mounted her onto lilac card, I used an Oriental stamp that I have never used before I used Momento black ink to stamp then coloured it with promarkers this has also been mounted onto lilac card stock, I then stamped a sentiment.

Here is my DT card

I have used a 6x6 Kraft card for the base the papers I have used are from the Mini Dots and Fairy Dream sets all have been mounted onto pink card stock.

The image is a new stamp that I recently bought from Crafts and Me she is called, Fairy Thinking of You, I have coloured her with Copics then mounted onto pink card stick, I stamped a sentiment in the top left hand corner, I have added cheesecloth, white organza ribbon and double bow, flowers and quite a few gems.

WHOOPSIE DAISY - ANYTHING GOES

Hi all I am back again to tell you about the new challenge that has just started over at

WHOOPSIE DAISY

this week it is

ANYTHING GOES

It has been awhile since I have tried something other than a card I found some instructions on Pinterest for a Book Card Holder which could also be made into a purse, I decided to try out the purse style.

I have used an image from SHEET 370 coloured with promarkers then cut out and adhered to the central die cut with silicone glue, the papers and card stock are from SU, I used a die cut for the frame, a Tonic punch for the butterfly then added an organza bow, flowers and pearls.

I used 6x4 cards for the inside and as this is a gift I decided to make some Christmas cards.  This card box will hold up to 6 cards and envelopes.

Red Christmas

Hi all, I am one theme behind at the Christmas Card Club this is a card I have made for the theme ANGELS which was chosen by Dawn.

I have used one of my uninked stamps that I bought from Sugar Nellie some time back, I have coloured her with Copics, I have used red textured card stock to mount both the image and papers on, the papers are from Bearly Mine Designs, I added a taffeta ribbon and bow I also added silver glitter.

I would really love to thank you all for you comments on my previous postings, I was afraid I had gone a little OTT with the distressing and felt that I had spoilt the images, but after reading your wonderful words I think maybe I did do it right, sorry for the lack of confidence, this is why I need you all so much.
