Hot Tilda

This project I made for the following challenges:

Just Magnolia - Hot and Spicy

Delightful Sketches - Texture
Tuesday Throw Down - Any Image you can Colour.

I needed some therapy badly and decided not only to make a card but an accordion file bag as well.

The card I made using SU Melon Mambo card stock and SU Night and Day papers.  I stamped Tilda with cocoa Momento ink and coloured with promarkers.

The hot pink card piece I embossed with the Cuttlebug for texture then added ribbon, flowers and card candy.

This is the accordion file made with the same papers and card stock as the card I have used Velcro as a fastening this Tilda has also been coloured with promarkers.  The file can be used for many things but my idea is to fill it with stamped images.

Just Magnolia

 This card I is for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge based on a sketch but to late to enter I thought you might like to see it anyway..

This is my last post for today as I really need to catch up on my commenting.

 I have used K&Co DP by Tim Coffey added some flowers and ribbon the main image behind Tilda is my Elusive Image flowers which I have coloured with promarkers as I have with Tilda, the card that the flowers are mounted on I have embossed with my cuttlebug.

Just Magnolia & Cute Card Thursday

This is my card for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge based of their sketch.  I have used my Tilda holding a bee and coloured her with Copics I used silicone glue to give her dimension,  I have sat her on a Magnolia stool the Nestie labels are Fab Foam the yellow I have embossed using the Roses Cuttlebug Folder.  The flowers are from my stash the sentiment is Cuddly Buddly, the butterflies are MS triple punch and I added a few gems. I am also entering this into Cute Card Thursday who want to see some dimension on your project.

Just Magnolia

Hi folks while visiting the blogs last night Shirley aka Nannieflash had a wonderful card posted that I fell in love with, it was for the Just Magnolia challenge it was so inspiring I just had to have a go.  I know mine is not as lovely but I really wanted to try this Tent Fold card so I checked out the tutorial and thought I would enter the Just Magnolia Challenge myself and last night made this.  

I have used Tilda coloured with Lyra Water Colours the flowers I stamped with Onyx Black Versafine cut them out and used as the frame.  The papers are a mix of SU and Funky Kits (I think) I added some pearls, ribbon and sentiment.  The oval Aperture I cut with a Nestie Oval.   I hope you like hugs to all see you later.

Tilda in the Pink

Finally after numerous attempts at uploading pictures I have made it but now a bit hot under the collar lol.  I have made this card for two challenges which I will list below I have used Bearlymine backing papers Tilda coloured in pro markers and Sakura glaze added some flowers and a sentiment and a few snow flakes with pearls in the middle. The challenges are

Just Magnolia sketch

Well this is the second card I have made for posting today, please check out the first one below, I am really happy with this one I think I may have got it right lol. This is my entry for this week's Just Magnolia challenge the backing papers are Elusive Images the red/gold strip is from MIC handmade papers pack. The circle is a new digi download from Charmed Cards and comes in a pack with those gorgeous pixie fairies (I will be showing a card of one later) I coloured it in with promarkers then cut it out as I did with Tilda I do hope you like it hugs to all.

Summertime Fever

Well it appears that Summer has arrived we have been forecast rain now for a week but nothing the sun is shinning again today. I trust my little barometer more than the weather man and it is sticking on fair. This is a four in one and wasn't sure about it still not actually I know you all get those days and cards when you look at it and think ummmmm I am not sure well this is one of those for me. I have used the sketch from Mojo Monday, the colours are for the new challenge blog (well new to me) Rosie-Dee's the theme being 'Pink and Lime', Die Cut Dreams is 'Spots and Polka Dots' and finally Just Magnolia 'Summer'. I hope it is ok. hugs to all oh and please check the first post of the day below. I am not sure if I will have anymore to show today I am finding it a bit difficult to fit things in but I will be doing my daily rounds to your lovely blogs a bit later. Just Magnolia and Stampin for the Weekend

Hi all been a bit quiet today but I will be visiting you all very soon. This is my entry for two challenges the first is Just Magnolia based on the sketch and Stampin For The Weekend which is a new challenge blog that launched on 5th June and they have set a challenge called 'Dusk to Dawn' using the colour combo purple and yellow. I have seen some fab creations using these colours and I hope this one is acceptable. I have followed the sketch but have used my new Nestie labels the backing papers are from Bearlymine cd the flowers I have just got from Fred She Said and have used Tilda with a couple of glittered sticker butterflies oh and I added some faux purple stitching to highlight the nestie and last but not least added a sentiment. I apologise for the clarity of the picture I tried taking it several times and this was the best I could get it. I hope you all like it hugs to all.

Just Magnolia with Bling for CCT

Ok this is my final challenge card for the moment and is for two challenges the first is Just Magnolia theme being Animals and Insects and also Cute Card Thursday which requires some bling added to your card.  I have used this Tilda for the first time also the watering can both coloured with my promarkers.  The backing papers are from my new Bearlymine CD (I love it) added some flowers and an extra butterfly and of course some gems.  I really hope you don't mind the bombardment of cards (please check out my others below) but your comments mean so much to me and these finished products have been made with the confidence that you have given me so thank you all. 

I'm Seeing Double

Good afternoon what gorgeous weather we are having the rabbit is out have a mosey round the garden the washing is drying lovely the frog is sunbathing in the new pond and I am in the process of cooking dinner for one hungry son oh I have fitted a card in as well.  Here is my entry for two challenges the first is of course Just Magnolia and the second is Creative Card Crew both require a shaped card.  I must have butterflies on the mind because these ingredients came to mind a butterfly shaped card for a butterfly Tilda.  I have treated this card to two stamped images of Tilda well can never have enough of Tilda can we.  I have cut her out and mounted her on the butterfly inner wing I used promarkers for the colouring,  I have added some flowers and gems and the body of the butterfly is actually flower soft.  I have loads of it and very rarely use it but I thought 'why not' I have used a mixture of Raspberry Road and Funky Fairies backing papers and the second inner wing I have put some sticky pads under so the wing is lifted, I hope you like it.  Hugs to all and enjoy the day.

Just Magnolia and Copic Creations

I think my creative juices have started to run again I have managed to do several cards a couple of which were birthday cards and I am quite pleased with the outcome of all of them but for starters I thought you might like to see my entry for this weeks Just Magnolia Challenge which is based on a sketch and Copic Creations the requirement for this challenge is 'Blond Hair'.  I decided on a pink and brown colour theme using some Funky Fairy's backing paper the rest has all come from my stash.  I have used this lovely sitting Tilda which has been stamped in Versafine Sepia and coloured with copics the numbers I used were Y15, Y17, Y21 for her hair other colours used for the dress etc were E11, E00 and RV13 .  I hope you like it hugs and I will be back tomorrow with some more.

Just In Time

Blimey I think I will get this in by the skin of my teeth lol.  This is a two in one card the first is Just Magnolia Challenge which requires stitching and the second is Stamp Something the theme being Pink Birthdays.  I did this one last night with another one but I must have been a little colour blind because my other card was a colour that it shouldn't have been so I have to go and change it but this one turned out quite nice I think.   I have actually used my little sewing machine on this one and you just might see it on the piece where the sentiment is I think I need quite a bit of practice so I added some faux stitching as well.  I have used pink backing papers from Funky Fairy's and Glitter Girls the oval was cut from my nesties and passed through my big shot with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder and I added some flowers and a few gems hope you like it.  I am off to have a nice milky coffee to try and warm myself up then I will be back visiting your blogs Hugs to you all.

Just Magnolia

Hi all hope you are all enjoying this wet bank holiday weekend maybe getting lots of crafting done lol.  This is my entry for this week's Just Magnolia Challenge and is based on a sketch.  I have used yet another of my Tilda's never before inked the backing paper was sent to me by a lovely blogging buddy Steph aka Glitterbabe I have added some flowers gems and ribbon, hope you like it and see you all again later as I still have so many challenge cards to catch up on Hugs to all.

Just Magnolia No2 Pink & Green

Hi I am doing a quickie just in case I get thrown out again it will be about the seventh time today grrrr. Ok this is my entry for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge the theme being Pink & Green I have added a few butterflies and flowers some ribbon and a sentiment and although I love all Tilda's this is one of my fave's. Just Magnolia No1

Good evening everyone I have just finished visiting and commenting on your blogs and have seen a few entries for this challenge and boy are they good....well they are very good actually. This is my entry for this new challenge at Just Magnolia. I loved this sketch the only problem I had was choosing which Tilda to use they are all such beauties but I picked this one in the end plus the bench. I chose to use a mixture of purples for this one and the papers are from MIC and have had them yonks they were on offer and what crafter ever misses a bargain lol. I coloured Tilda with promarkers added a sentiment from Cuddly Buddly and the ribbon was free from a craft magazine the roses at the top were also a bargain buy from Hobbycraft also yonks ago. Oh and the card stock is a 6 x 6 hammered card and the deckled edging is already done. Hugs to you all.
