Good morning today we have a new challenge for you to try at
the theme is
HOBBIES, ACTIVITY, JOB
I chose to use the image
I used my MCS programme to impose the PNG image onto the backing paper then coloured her in with Nuvo and Copic markers I added liquid pearls and a bouquet of flowers.
My next card I have gone with the Autumn theme I recently bought this image from Twistoon she is called Milly Autumn Winds
I coloured her with both Nuvo and Copic markers I added some pearls and die cut leaves.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges
I feel as if I am losing my mojo I am not really happy with my colouring at the moment, maybe I am trying too hard, I have purchased a couple of colouring classes from Kit and Clowder and hope to improve my skills over time.
I am off to my mums today as usual I have to give her a bit of pampering doing her nails etc, I hope that you all have a great day, take care and stay safe.
hugs

Beautiful cards Lorraine and don't be too hard on yourself, your coloring looks beautiful. Most important is that you have fun making cards and nobody will judge.
Greetings Miranda xxx
Lovely cards today lorraine, both featuring such fabulous images. I'm not sure what your problem is with your colouring it always looks beautiful...but I think we're all our own worst critics!
Have a lovely day with your Mum.

Two beautiful cards Lorraine, they are both fabulous - your colouring looks great to me but I'm sure you will enjoy your classes from Kit and Clowder.
Your Mum will enjoy her pampering, you will make her feel very special.

Both cards are gorgeous, Lorraine. I think that you try too hard, as I still love your colouring! Have a great time at your mum's.

They both look beautifully coloured to me Lorraine, we are all our own worse critics.
I've been told those classes you mention are excellent, I could probably do worse than try one myself.

Your cards are lovely! I don't think there's a problem with your colouring, but I hope you'll enjoy the classes, Jo x

Gorgeous card Lolo and I think we all try to be like those fabulous colourists that we see and if we aren't we think we aren't good enough..I'm the same but I just enjoy it..it's my way of colouring and I don't aim to be great LOL your cards are always stunning so stop putting yourself down...hugs Sue xx
Beautiful cards Lorraine! I’m so sorry you’re feeling a lack of mojo - it’s not showing. And it sounds like you are keeping the important things in focus - your Mum will be so thrilled to get her nails done and have your company :o) Great to see you over at the Try It On Tuesday challenge blog. Hugs, Nancy J
Your ballerina is absolutely gorgeous Lorraine! Wonderful colouring! Your weeny bunch of flowers is adorable.
Two really gorgeous creations Lorraine. Your colouring is awesome, you don't need those courses sweetie. If my colouring was half as good as yours I would be proud.

Your cards are absolutely stunning Lorraine!! Really love these sweet images and your fabulous coloring friend! HUGS
Your colouring is so beautiful, Lorraine, I don't know why you don't like it. Sweet cards, love the cute embellishment in the first one!
Hugs and enjoy your time with your Mom!
Stunning designs and love the gorgeous papers and images, gorgeous. x
You're colouring looks amazing to me, Lorraine two really gorgeous cards! xx
These are lovely Lorraine … you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself. I know how you feel though about losing mojo … after several years away from crafting I have seriously lost my colouring mojo, and I too have got a couple of K&C classes … we must compare notes!, I really enjoy them though some of the techniques are nigh impossible with bullet tip markers (Promarkers) and it’s too late for me to switch to Copics now!! xx
I get so confused, did I comment here?..did I only comment on Facebook?..where am I?..where have I been?..lol..it is such a time Lorraine and I think your colouring is beautiful, you have nothing to worry your sweet head about..both are adorable and gorgeous images and coloured beautifully..

I have got myself a bit behind with my visits. I was working backwards and saw your comment about how you have been feeling, so came here. I think we can all relate, you sit on your own trying to come up with things and they never seem to go right and then you take the plunge and share them and everyone is aghast, saying the creation is great, so I think we are often our own worst enemy. I always marvel at your colouring skills, that far outshine mine. I always tell myself I am going to practice more, but I don't and then avoid it on my cards. This image is fabulous, definitely very autumnal and your colouring of that hair is something special xx
Beautiful cards, I love that sweet image on your second card! Thanks so much for joining us at Try it on Tuesday!

Hi Lorraine,
I came over as part of the DT from Sweet Stampin' for your newer card / post, but decided to stay and have a wee wander around your blog.
Found this post about your worries over colouring - I'm another one who thinks you're colouring is great, but have to say the Kit and Cowder colouring classes are fabulous! I have taken a few and Alyce is so supportive and the videos are nice and easy to follow along with.
Have you joined the FaceBook group (if you are on FaceBook), they are a lovely lot and so kind.
I agree with everyone else - we are our own worse enemies!! So self critical it's terrible!
Best wishes,
Sarah
P.S. - Almost forgot to say - fabulous card! Love your embellies!
Fabulous cards! The autumnal leaves and colours are beautiful 😀. Thanks so much for joining in the fun at Try it on Tuesday! Hugs Jo x
