ANYTHING BUT BIRTHDAYS AT ALLSORTS

Hi all, we have a new challenge for you at
the theme chosen by Mervi is
ANYTHING BUT BIRTHDAYS
This is my DT card the image I coloured with a mix of markers the papers are from my stash, I added flowers and gems.
I would like to enter my card into the following challenges:

We have two fabulous prizes, drawn with random.org. Paper Boutique 8x8 Sunflowers paper pad and Tattered Lace Cut & Emboss Sweetpeas

I had an eye operation on Thursday at Cheltenham General, to repair a damaged Retina and the removal of a cataract there had been a cancellation and I took the appointment even though I was absolutely petrified

The op took an hour and since then I have been like a wibbly wobbly jelly, I was talking to my mum in my head all the time I know she would be with me. My partner Dave has been administering the eye drops but at the moment I am unable to see properly, yesterday I slept most of the day so did not do my post I thought it would be easy but it's not.

The other good news is that Dave and I have been offered a bungalow it is beautiful and it is very near where mum and dad are so I can visit almost every day. We still have to sort out the details and sign the contract but hopefully, we will be moving within the next few weeks.

I want to thank you all so much for your continued support and kindness I really hope that one day soon I can return to some sort of normality

hugs

Lovely card. I saw it on Crafty Catz
Also thank you for joining the challenge at Creative Fingers. Hope to see you again next time.
I hope your eye improves soon. I understand, I had 4 eye operations. I was scared before the first one but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Everyone was so good. So I wasn't scared for the next three. Best wishes.

A super creation as always Lorraine.

Pleased the op went OK, like you I was petrified then afterwards wondered why, but you do need to rest it, more you do the sooner it will be back to rights. And excellent news on the bungalow, very pleased for you.

Your card is stunning, I love how you have framed your central image with those hessian flowers, they compliment the flowers on the image very well. I do hope your eye heals up quickly and you start to reap the benefit of the operation and so lucky that you got in for it sooner than expected, less time to worry that way. Congrats on your new home too, I hope all the formalities and the move go smoothly. I shall look forward to hearing all about it xx
