I would like to apologise for my tardiness at posting my cards late but I am still struggling with the loss of my mum, I have had a bad week and I know that there are many more to come.
I do know I will never be the same without her, she is in my thoughts 24/7 I am talking to her all the time, as I suffer with depression my mind is having some bad thoughts although that is nothing new, my mum used to always be so supportive and understanding as she also suffered with depression on and off throughout her life.
I am going to be moving all my craft stuff over the next couple of weeks to my mums room that I have decorated and I know I will feel closer to her.
I will be trying to visit you all to leave you some love as you have done for me, I feel selfish at not replying to your wonderful comments I know that there are many of you that feel or have felt the same as me
See you soon
hugs
Lolo x

What a great variety of cards you are showing us, Lorraine.
Dr Digi's Dunderton brings a smile on my face. He's so funny.
The Christmas card is a real cutie, as is the bunny girl.
The dog is fab too with his pot of flowers.
I totally understand that you are missing your mother as you saw her nearly every day. And you have been so caring for her. Hope blogging can help you with your depression too. Take good care of yourself!!

What a super bumper post Lorraine, each card so beautifully presented and finished and hard to pick a favourite, if I had to I think it would be the Easter card for the colours.

I do hope when you get everything moved to your Mum's room you will feel more settled, as I said to you before, I think she would be absolutely thrilled to know you were going to use it for crafting. She was so encouraging of everything you created and what she would have wanted.

A full post, bursting with creativeness Lorraine. Lovely cards and designs but please don't feel the need to put pressure on yourself to post or meet deadlines too strictly. This hobby is supposed to be our happy place and you need to let yourself enjoy things and let yourself grieve and heal.

Wonderful cards. I'm sorry you are struggling, I know it's difficult and it can take you unawares. If you are a bookworm then a book I am reading at the moment might help "Why Has Nobody told Me This Before? Dr Julie Smith.

Wow Lorraine you have been busy .. these are all fantastic cards with such gorgeous colouring and fab use of digis .. I’m pretty useless with digis but you have them nailed. !,
Sorry you have had a bad week .. grief isn’t a linear process, it has its ups and downs so don’t feel bad.. there are no correct timelines for going through it, and no 2 people are exactly the same in how they feel. I hope crafting in your mum’s room might help you with some positive inspiration through feeling close to her. Take care .. the fact you e made 4 such lovely cards is a great sign 😀

Your cards today are fabulous, so you clearly haven't lost your creative streak in all the trauma of the last few weeks and months. I particularly like the first one. Please don't feel selfish, there is no need, you can only do a certain amount and looking after yourself has to come first. I hope the process of moving your craft room proves to be a positive one. Love the new blog look too xx

A lot of fabulous cards, Lorraine, you have been busy! The masculine slimline looks so fun, and love the cuteness of the other cards!
I'm very sorry to hear about your depression, at this particular sad moment it's normal, but hope you could find some help by crafting and good friends.
Enjoy your grandsons if you can, they are really fabulous to give joy and peace in our souls.
Sending prayers and hugs on your way

Hello dear Lorraine! WOW!! All of your cards are top notch and so beautifully done here my friend! LOVE those very sweet ADU images and you do such a beautiful job at coloring each image and they're all beautifully finished off too! I love your inspiration! Please don't feel bad about leaving comments as I've had a few struggles myself and it's hard to have your own struggles going on with trying to feel cheerful in reciprocating with someone. Please take care as time passes and know that your mum would want you to carry on and enjoy life! Sending hugs

Hello Lorraine, I'm so sorry to hear of your Mum's passing, it's very hard to deal with I know, time WILL heal, not that you think it at the moment, you can't forget her, but the pain will get easier I promise you.

Your cards are just wonderful, love your colouring and designs. I'm here for our challenge card, which is an absolute delight, so many lovely details, a happy card. Congratulations on being chosen as Granmargaret's Favourite card. I have corrected the details and you will now see your link with your name. Thank you so much for joining us in our challenge at Critter Crazy Challenge this week. Good Luck and I’m looking forward to seeing you again in our next challenge.
