Hi all, today I have a card to share with you and enter a few challenges. I am trying to get motivated to make some more Christmas cards I have been looking at my stash and am shocked at just what I have collected over the years, I have been giving some things away to the local charity store along with the cards I make, except the Christmas ones, so that they can make a bit of money, it makes me feel like I am actually doing something worthwhile. While debating on my future in craft I found myself looking through some boxes and found some Funky Foam and some Christmas card stock that I bought from Create and Craft a few years ago, I felt that I could finally put it to some use and this is what I came up with.
I used a 6" x 6" red scalloped card for my base I used my Memory Box sentiment die and the Poinsettia card stock I mounted them onto gold mirror card I then used the Funky Foam and X Cut Poinsettia dies for the flower, because the inner card is red I decided, for possibly once in my life, to decorate the inside with the same card as on the front.

I know Lorraine, isn't it just so scary how much stash we acquire, but at the same it's nice to revisit old stash and see it in a totally different light.
I always love to see Poinsettias on seasonal cards and I can imagine this one has lovely dimension to in close up.

It's great rediscovering old stash and actually using it isn't it!! Guilty of that myself, but good on you for donating the other stuff to your charity shop ... mine usually goes the direction of my sister in law!
