hi all, just a quickie from me today just in case you thought I had disappeared for good. I have my new Laptop up and running but I have spent most of the week reading instructions, downloading and backing up, there are still a few things that I have to sort out but did manage to upload my MCS programme and my verse editor programme. I am back on Google but may well change to Firefox, I have the new Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge which looks quite good but every time I visit a blog I get the cookie message at the top, I have reviewed the settings and cookies are allowed so not sure why the message keeps appearing. I have turned everything off now and again as my head just could not cope with all the new stuff.
Anyway in between everything I did manage to make a card and this is what I came up with. I have used one of my beloved Tilda stamps, hope you like it.

I'm on windows 8 with my desktop Lorraine and also get the cookie message, it's a real pain and time consuming, sometime I think blogger goes out of his way to make life harder.
Lovely card today, like the autumnal feel to it with the golds and oranges.

Oh Wow Lorraine, this is so beautiful! I absolutely love the colour combo you have chosen here it looks gorgeous. So many lovely details and layers too.
Btw, I think we are all getting the cookie message at the top of the page - it's a new directive to make us aware of cookies on sites or some such idea I remember reading about it. It is annoying though.

Oh! How beautiful your shading and color choices are, Lorraine! Sorry for the puter problems but glad things are getting set up. in EU there were some laws passed regarding websites. Depending on the Host of the website (as I understand it) notification is required to advise that cookies are in place. I believe it is not the browser, but the host of the website. Most blogspot/blogger websites are sponsored by Google, hence the cookies (and the notification). If you visit my blog, the message won't show, but if you visit someone in the EU, the notification will show up. Hope this helps - and hopefully I explained it correctly. Hugs, de

Beautiful colour scheme and detailing Lorraine. Cute image too. I keep getting the cookie notice at the top every time too and I'm on windows 7 -very annoying at first but I'm starting to ignore it now xx

I'm still on windows 8.1 Lorraine..my nerd told me not too load up 10 yet..and I get the same message about the cookies..so annoying, but it is there and nothing I can do about it..Love your sweet Tilda and the gorgeous Autumn colours...beautiful.

Glad you have sorted your laptop, it's a pain getting it all sorted, luckily had my son do mine, thank goodness, I wouldn't have had a clue, glad you mentioned the new message that now appears on all our blogs, by reading all your reply's, I now understand why we are all getting this annoying little useless bit of info, SO SO annoying!!
