5 Feb 2013

Hi all, I am posting this in the early hours as Jess is not well, I am not sure if she has eaten something out of the garden but it looks like it will be a trip to the vets a little later.  She had been invited to a Puppy Party which is held at the vets this evening I am hoping that she can still go.
I have been making some cards which are Romance themed, I think they will be eligible for some challenges so here goes.
For my first card I have used one of the new images from The Paper Shelter she is called Venice Carnival. I have coloured her with Copics, she is already in the frame so once I had coloured it I cut it out then used foam pads to mount her onto the card.  I have used Red and pink linen textured card, I used my MS heart border punch on the red card and used some of the little hearts at the top, I added some white grosgrain ribbon, pink iridescent gems and a stamped sentiment which I punched out with my Fiskers tag punch.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

For my second card I have used a stamp from the Penny Johnson range I used momento Black Tuxedo ink then coloured him with Copics, I used my XCut circle cutter then mounted him onto red linen textured card stock, I rounded the corners with a XCut corner punch.  The paper is from Bearly Mine Designs, I added two corners with Gold Satin mirri card and added some red flowers, hearts a stamped sentiment and a metal butterfly.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

I would like to thank you for taking time out to visit I hope that you like my cards, hugs to all.
