We would like to see your Back To School cards/projects and to give you just a little idea here is my DT project.
I decided to make a bookmark.
I don't have any school aged kids or know of any so I racked my brain on what I could create and what stamp to use, finally I turned to my lovely bookworm Tilda, I thought she would be perfect, and I can use her myself, lol.
I stamped Tilda with Momento Tuxedo Black ink, coloured her with Copics then cut her out so I could 3d her.
The base is SU Choc Chip card stock cut with a Nestie die cut, the pink paper was cut with a scalloped Nestie die cut, I found some gold wire which I wrapped around the scallop, I added some pink grosgrain ribbon, then found some pink flower lace a piece of it I cut into little flowers and adhered to the base, I then adhered a strip to the ribbon.

This is a gorgeous bookmark. Love the chocolate pink colour combo and the little rosette flowers are fab. I can't say I have seen this little Tilda before. She is great.

No school age ones here though my baby is going to uni soon:( Love the idea of a bookmark especially when you get to keep it yourself. Its just gorgeous Lorraine. Hope you are keeping well:)
