The set is Clementine and Carrots.
Unfortunately I have not been well enough to craft and did not make a card with this release but the other DTM have and I recommend a viewing of their gorgeous work. (links in my sidebar)
I would also like to thank everyone who has sent me get well wishes, I am feeling much better and will be crafting again soon.
