This week is challenge #5 at Sew Many Challenges and they have a sketch for you to follow and here is my card. I have used Spring Toga but just to be a little different I have coloured him blue.
I have coloured with Copics and mounted him onto a Nellie Snellen circle die cut. The base bp is Bearlymine, the two squares are pearlescent paper passed through the Cuttlebug using the Daisy folder I have added some Cosmic Shimmer Silver Twinkles in the corners and to the centre of the daisies.
I used some grosgrain ribbon and FSS flowers I think the sentiment is from a sheet of rubber sentiments that I bought a few years ago but can't remember where.....that's one of the problems with getting old my memory is awful, anyway I hope you like and I would like to thank each and everyone of you who leave me such wonderful comments and I would also like to welcome my new followers, you all make my day so special.
Today is the birthday of Angela at Sew Many Cards so I made this especially for her.

these are gorgeous. you work those FSS flowers like a pro.

Lorraine, two lovely cards as per the norm. You caused to me to spend last night, sit and colour and make a card today for Angela's birthday. Not that I minded being a big kid and colouring. I had to have the image of Jovi after your card a few weeks back and held off but then got yesterday. S/he is a darling and I've coloured the image in in two versions but no-one else likes. Will have to make them up into cards to see what everyone else thinks - might be just with three males in the house plus me they haven't got the cute and cuddly side or a big softie like me. A cute little chick also fell into the shopping basket making his shell crack!!! I've made Angela a card, let me know what you think.
Take care and extra special hugs, Kym xxx
Lorraine, forgot to say I tried the other day I tried to change my blog to a 3 column as I'd seen some American ones done that way and I found it easier to read. Needless to say it went horribly wrong - you'll see my blog now - but no joy with son doing IT Diploma as he's into networking and he doesn't cover blogs!!! Will have to leave it as it is until I feel up to trying to see if I can take it back to what it was!!! Kym xxx
Hey Lorraine, fabulous card, not seen these images before! My favourite though is the elephant - he's sooo sweet. Lovely colouring
