Morning all this is not for a challenge but I decided to have ago at making something a bit different and yesterday I paid a visit to Splitcoast Stampers and tried out a couple of their tutorials. This is my first attempt at a Criss Cross card and I was rather pleased with the outcome. I have always loved this style so thought why not, I also created something else which I think you might like but I will post that later as it may fit into a challenge. This is lovely Lorraine, love thepapers you have used. Its nice to get the chance to have a little play. Might use this idea myself. Would be lovely for wedding invitation.

Ooh I like it a lot Lorraine, in fact it is awesome. Love those papers and your gorgeous ribbon and flower detail. SCS is a fab place for tutorials, may even try one of these myself.

Hi Lorraine, this turned out great! I love the crisscross card as well. No big surprise there as we do seem to like a lot of the same things. You did a beautiful job. Now I'm inspired to go back and revisit crisscrossing. hugs, eileen

I'm useless at these cards, I even have a template and still muck them up, no hope for me lol! Still yours looks so fabby I may give it another go.
