My Mum

Hi all I have no cards to show as yet but I did play with the My Memories Suite #2 Digital Scrap-booking programme, just to see if it was easy to use.   It was and I have already posted 3 scrap pages on the 'My Memories Giveaway' page 

I have never used a programme like this before so please excuse the amateur look, but saying that I am pleased as punch with them especially this one which is the 3rd one that I did.  I have used some photo's of my Mum.

I thought that you might like to see her, the top picture was taken just a couple of weeks ago, she is 91 years young and will be 92 in November this year.

I have watched some of the great tutorials that are available and used a Bearlymine Shabby Vintage papers for the base, so easy to do.

Here is my card

I have used a digi image that I have had for absolute ages yet this is the first time I have used it, I think it is from Sassy Studios but not certain.

I have coloured her with Copics, distressed the edges with TH Vintage Photo ink and mounted the image onto black card.

The papers are from Bearlymine Extreme Vol's 1&2, I have added black lace, black and red gems, pearls and both a stamped and computer generated sentiment.

The base card is an 8x8.

Hope that you like my card as I seem to be struggling with my mojo...again.

Here is my DT card

I have used an image from Whimsy called Three Little Piggies, I have coloured them with Copics, the base papers are embossed and from Kaiser, the gingham is from Bearlymine.  I have added raffia ribbon, blue stitched ribbon, card candy and an embossed sentiment.

Here is my DT card  

I decided to use one of my new rubber LOTV images which I have only used once before.  I have coloured her with Copics, distressed around the edge with TH Vintage Photo ink and added some flower gems, the papers are from Bearlymine Extreme Vol 1, I used my EK Success Flower border punch and added some pink gems, I also adhered some flower lace and flowers.
