Going Japenese

Hi all hope you are enjoying this beautiful weather we are having at the moment.
Yesterday I made this card to enter the challenge at Mami Doodles which is also where I got these gorgeous little images from.
I love Oriental but don't see a lot of it so I was more than happy to create something with these beauties.
I have used backing paper that I have had for a few years but have never used in fact I only opened the box the other week how bad is that.
It comes from the Oriental kit by Sue Smith who is a regular on Create and Craft and I always loved her work and products.
Anyway back to the card the card stock also part of the kit, I coloured the images with promarkers cut out some gold circles added some ribbon and butterflies. I hope you like it hugs

It's gorgeous Lorraine. I love the Asian influence as well. Spent 4 years in Tokyo and this card brings me right back to the Meiji shrine with all the little 5 year olds dressed in their kimono. Beautifully created dear friend, hugs, eileen
